Since 2008 I am hosting my website over webhosting UK and I am really impressed with their Tech support team because they are quick. I have dedicated hosting plan and my site is running fine without any downtime. I think they should keep on delivering quality work towards their customers. Thank you.

I have completed my 2 years with webshoting UK and I am hosted on their Dedicated hosting plan. I found them reliable with good and knowledgeable Tech and Phone support which helped me any time all through this time period. I think I should always be with them and Keep promoting them to other as well because they delivers honesty towards their web hosting business. We needed a UK based VPS host with local technical support, they confirmed it and we started off.. worked ok for a few months but then without any notice service went down, no one bothered to tell about it ever. When our server went down for fourth time a week ago (for two days aprox) a 'live chat' technician restored it telling that our dns entries were deleted, by whom? god knows and it will take further couple of hours to propagate the new changes. There servers are based in the UK
I have had a vps linux server with them for a year and half. Before this I had a reseller account that proved to be unreliable. The vps server on the whole is reliable. Overall it is up 99.9% based on ping reports set up by me. The support via live chat is 24 hours a day which really is great. All these reviews are very old. I have had a vps server account with this company for over a year and half. Generally it is quite reliable. The support is fantastic. Live support 24 hours a day. If they could improve their reliability this company would be one of the best in the uk. (read more)

I was really impressed with the customer support from Web hosting UK, soon after sending an email I received a call, rather than email(!), from Roger Gayle, of their support team. Roger took the time to go over each of the hosting issues we have on our re-seller account and ensure I understood what he was explaining.

I'm with webhosting.uk.com for over a Year now , I read preview reviewes and I was not sure if this would be a right way to go. I have to say now I'm glad I went this way. This guys never tried to rip me from my money, servers are always up , Chat technical support 24/7 spent their time on real support not like some hostings on sending you to google or showing off, they've got very friendly approach - I recomend them to all my friends, they worth it - Keep up good uptime webhosting.uk.com :P (read more)

Webhosting.uk.com really sucks. When i hosted my site with them i have got constant problems (problems with mails, spam, sites were offline all the time...). The only "advantage" of webhosting.uk.com is that they are very cheap but if you wanna reliability than this is not hosting for you! I wouldn't recommend this hosting to anyone!!! (read more)

Best host ever! WebhostingUK has unbelievable support, unrivalled to any other company.
24/7 support via telephone, support tickets and Live support inclusive with your package is something which is much more useful than other hosts.

I found chat support at Web Hosting UK difficult as it was obvious their English was not very good and there were long gaps between asking questions and getting a reply. I suspect too much support multiplexing was going on. Also, it was a bit like a black box; you had to ask exactly the right question as no further help was forthcoming. Good service for a UK Web Hosting company but domains are a little pricey at £15 a time. Maybe should think about offering a similar UK service like Hostmonster or Hostgator. I love these but sometimes I need to host my .co.uk sites on UK servers we need to catch with the USA and start offering a better service. (read more)

In the 2 months we have had our site hosted by this company we have been plagued by spamming, been hacked, attacked by viruses, and suffered complete system breakdowns. The support we receive is virtually non existent, they are slow to respond and generally unhelpful in attitude. Today we are sitting around waiting, yet again, for Web Hosting UK to restore our site which has gone down again. (read more)

Web Hosting UK is really cheap and with live chat technical support available pretty much 24/7. Good job really as you'll be calling on them if you decide to use WebhostingUK.
They state 99.95% availability on their website but this does not apply to shared hosting. The service is slow and unreliable - I've informed them 5 times last month and twice already this month that my website is down. The product itself is of a very high quality and we've had no issues in that department. In general the support/service has been very on top of the setup and have regularly checked in on us to see how we were. However setting up was a little difficult since we had to move servers and Friday was the only day we could initiate the move and they weren't always available on the Friday evening to do the move.

I have been with webhostinguk for 15 months now and overall I think the service is excellent.
I think the value for money for my windows packages is as good as I am going to get. Over the period I have used them here have been no technical problems.
I had a problem last weekend over billing but late on a Saturday and the ensuing Sunday night I was able to get a prompt response through live chat and the problem was resolved.

They were brilliant for the last 2 years but in the last couple of weeks they've gone from providing excellent support and no downtime to poor support and even worse downtime (3 major outages in 2 weeks).
Support now consists of one word answers and vague comments whenever a more detailed answer is requested.
