Cant wait till o2 take over my exchange and that becomes live. Then I will be getting stupid speeds and a cheaper price. Come on o2 do something for North Devon! We don't have no cable broadband down here. 8 meg is that fastest speed we can get thanks to BT. Sort it out!

Some staff weren't trained well enough to speak to me personally I believe as I did not find them helpful, had to escalate a problem to management but it was solved promptly and 3 months free broadband issued.
Apart from this, good reliable service at a responsible price and do recommend O2 Broadban ...

Cheap for O2 customers. Not available in many parts of Scotland eg Aberdeen as far as I am aware, Lack of availability really lets O2 down in my opinion. Due to where I live I think o2 should support it therefore I do not recommend this internet provider.

I just cannot believe the reviews for this company! Google them and see the truth! Their equipment is very very poor, their O2 box has the air vents in the bottom of it gets so hot you could fry and egg on it. I have felt that the Speed and customer service has exceeded any experience I have had with any other internet provider. After a few years struggle with Tiscali, O2 seems like another, better world of broadband. And what's great it's much cheaper. Well recommend O2 broadband.!

A must have, getting very high speeds with 1 pc and 2 laptops connected simultaneously. Download speeds are the best ive ever had. Could not fault O2 on anything. Very helpful customer service which is based in the UK, and so far no waiting time when I have called.
