I used Seatwave for the first time to get tickets to the Beyonce show this summer, after placing my order I read really bad reviews about the site so I was naturally worried about getting my tickets!
I am pleased to say my tickets arrived in good time for the show, and seem genuine (not been yet, but looks fine)
I felt like using the site was abit of a gamble, the company Seatwave have good intentions of being the middle man and introducing buyer to seller with hardly any hassle. But I found it… Read Full Review

I frequently sell tickets on this site and through ebay and it's a toss-up as to which one is the worst. Seatwave do have a good business model in place to allow you to sell tickets and take care of customer calls but it is really their customer service that let's them down. I would say i get replies to around 20% of my email messages and when they say they will look into something and call you back don't let them do this because they NEVER call you back. I wouldn't mind but i sell around… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I am a so called 'top seller' on Seatwave, and completely fedup with the service I receive. Calls to their 'Seat Scouts' are never returned, emails go ignored, and replies are often not really related to the initial question. We are also now being subjected with being dealt with by Seatwaves other offices in Europe, some of which have a poor grasp of English (understandably!)… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

i use seatwave often for both buying and selling tickets and find it very easy to use and very reliable.
altough the majority of the reviews on here are bad that will be because ppl dont write good reviews they generally only express bad reviews becuase at the end of the day why write on a site about something that is supposed to happen?
if you went to kfc ordered your food got it ate it and was satisfied you would not then think i must tell the world that everything has just happened the way… Read Full Review

I am writing as a seller of some dancing on ice tickets for O2 arena.I have not yet been contacted by seatwave about sending the sold tickets on.I have written several e-mails which have not been replied to and have also 'phoned ,after hanging on for over 30 mins without my call being answered the line goes dead.
Some-one some where is probably very cross that they are not getting their tickets as the show is tomorrow but there is just nothing i can do about it.
i just can't understand it at… Read Full Review

Back in January I ordered expensive concert tickets for tomorrow (29th April, 2009.) By this morning (28th April,2009) they had still not arrived. Eventually I was put through to a customer services operator who said they were 'still awaiting shipment.' Initially Seatwave said they would try to get the tickets to me by tomorrow morning but agreed with me when I said that seemed very unlikely. Seatwave has agreed to a complete refund which I am awaiting… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

Seatwave kept me informed when tickets were dispatched and was issued a number to trace them through royal mail. I was very worried after booking tickets for AC/DC on April 21st, 2009 @ M.E.N Arena. I thought the tickets would not come or if they did, they would'nt be real. I was proved very wrong. Tickets came 3 weeks before the gig and they were real. I had a great time at the concert and would use Seatwave again… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

So sad that only people with bad experiences seem to write reviews. I ordered two tickert for Teenage Cancer Trust, paid face value (plus seatwave commission) and not only did the tickets arrive within 48 hours - the seller had enclosed 2 complimentary tickets for another concert (Kasabian)! The seats were exactly as described and we had no problems on entry… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

Firstly I apologise about English. I from Austria. I buy tickets from Seatwave.com for Michael Jackson in August, the website said that all tickets are guaranteed. I buy tickets and then just today I told that the seller doesn't have the tickets and I couldn't have them.
The www.seatwave website says that tickets are guaranteed, so why are tickets cancelled? They would not accept my complaint about the tickets being cancelled and the terms.
I tell them that I book flights and… Read Full Review

I sell tickets through seatwave frequently. They are good and I thought they made you replace the tickets come what may if you were unable to stand on the deal though reading some of these reviews it doesn't seem so. With regards to the delivery of tickets it is an absolute lottery when they will be delivered by Ticketmaster (remember seatwave are only agents acting on behalf of people like me) I have ordered tickets through Ticketmaster for Beyonce back in December and still no sign yet Cliff… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I would definately use Seatwave again. I bought 2 tickets for Tina Turmer at MEN on 31 March and recieved them today. I bought tickets that had the verification symbol which shows that Seatwave have checked they do exist and am delighted to say that we are in the third row (bought on the basis of first 5 rows). I paid face value so no complaints… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

We bought Metallica tickets through Seatwave recently. The final week before the concert was fraught with panic. Tickets hadn't arrived 4 working days before the gig, emails to Seatwave wern't replied to. Eventually made telephone contact and tickets did arrive 2 working days before the gig. They looked like photocopied pages not actual gig tickets. All Seatwave said was that's the chance you take when you buy second hand tickets. However, tickets were authentic and even gave VIP access… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I purchased two tickets for Depeche Mode at the O2 Arena on May the 30th. from Seatwave for quite a large sum of money but compared to sites like Ebay these were very good prices.
This was back on the 30th of October last year.
Still waiting and feeling a little uneasy as a hotel and travel arrangements have already been finalized. It will all be pointless if the tickets don't arrive.
My main frustration is the lack of updates. I never created a Seatwave account through personal choice when I… Read Full Review

I've sent away for three tickets to the Britney Spears concert in June at the O2 from Seatwave, and this was in January and we still havn't received them. I dont understand how some people manage to receive tickets the day after they are ordered and yet we are told we MAY receive them 48 hours before the event! The tickets were expensive and we still have to organize going down to London and staying there, so far I've not had a good experience with this site!… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

Me and my mum wanted to go see the Killers at the Nottingham Trent FM Arena on the 3rd of March 2009, and unfortunatelty it was all sold out. So we tried many websites and came across Seatwave, and people may complain about the prices, but at the end of the day, the site is selling sold out tickets, and there gonna be expensive? And no-one is forcing you to buy them, so dont complain. We ordered two tickets at £75.00 each, and were a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews on here, and… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com
