I'm trying to sell via Seatwave 2 tickets to Rock am Ring festival (5-7 June 2009). The tickets were bought by some guy in Nederlands.
As I put the tickets with FedEx, I also put the tracking number on Seatwave website

Ordered 2 tickets off Seatwave for Enrique Iglesias at the o2 LDN. Were easy to order, and thought we had a good deal as got 2 tickets as "deal of the day". Tickets came 2 weeks before the event! When we got there we found the tickets meant we could go through a fast track que! And they were really close on the side of the stage. Had an excellent view. Seatwave do not fulfill their promise to 'guarantee to get tickets to you in plenty of time', 4 hours before the concert was due to start they finally admitted they did not have any tickets...too late to do anything. Worst of all tickets arrived on Monday, 2 days after the concert! I have sent 2 e-mails to their Customer support team as requested and am still awaiting any response. I was told by Seatwave we had tickets right up until 4 hours before the concert, at 3 hours they finally admitted there were no tickets for us. When something goes wrong Seatwave customer service is absolutely dire. They simply don't reply to emails (I wonder if they've grown bigger than they have been able to cope with), if you call them you're on hold for ages with no indication as to whether you're near the front of the queue.
And worst of all, when you do speak to somebody about your problem (in my case the tickets weren't as good as the website had said) they try and avoid all responsibility, by trying on the line that they are… Read Full Review

My mum bought me and my sister tickets for the pink concert on 28th April from seatwave for our xmas. unfortinately i couldnt go as i had a holiday booked but my pregnent sister and her husband went. my sister is 7 month pregnant and we live in scotland - they drove all the way to newcastle all pysched up to see pink and got turned back at the door as the tickets were fake. i feel sorry for my poor mum whpo payed way too much for these tickets in the first place, she was ripped off big style… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I used Seatwave for the first time to get tickets to the Beyonce show this summer, after placing my order I read really bad reviews about the site so I was naturally worried about getting my tickets!
I am pleased to say my tickets arrived in good time for the show, and seem genuine (not been yet, but looks fine)

I frequently sell tickets on this site and through ebay and it's a toss-up as to which one is the worst. Seatwave do have a good business model in place to allow you to sell tickets and take care of customer calls but it is really their customer service that let's them down. I would say i get replies to around 20% of my email messages and when they say they will look into something and call you back don't let them do this because they NEVER call you back. I am a so called 'top seller' on Seatwave, and completely fedup with the service I receive. Calls to their 'Seat Scouts' are never returned, emails go ignored, and replies are often not really related to the initial question. i use seatwave often for both buying and selling tickets and find it very easy to use and very reliable.
altough the majority of the reviews on here are bad that will be because ppl dont write good reviews they generally only express bad reviews becuase at the end of the day why write on a site about something that is supposed to happen?

I am writing as a seller of some dancing on ice tickets for O2 arena.I have not yet been contacted by seatwave about sending the sold tickets on.I have written several e-mails which have not been replied to and have also 'phoned ,after hanging on for over 30 mins without my call being answered the line goes dead.
Some-one some where is probably very cross that they are not getting their tickets as the show is tomorrow but there is just nothing i can do about it.

Back in January I ordered expensive concert tickets for tomorrow (29th April, 2009.) By this morning (28th April,2009) they had still not arrived. Eventually I was put through to a customer services operator who said they were 'still awaiting shipment.' Initially Seatwave said they would try to get the tickets to me by tomorrow morning but agreed with me when I said that seemed very unlikely. Seatwave kept me informed when tickets were dispatched and was issued a number to trace them through royal mail. I was very worried after booking tickets for AC/DC on April 21st, 2009 @ M.E.N Arena. I ordered two tickert for Teenage Cancer Trust, paid face value (plus seatwave commission) and not only did the tickets arrive within 48 hours - the seller had enclosed 2 complimentary tickets for another concert (Kasabian)! Firstly I apologise about English. I from Austria. I buy tickets from Seatwave.com for Michael Jackson in August, the website said that all tickets are guaranteed. I buy tickets and then just today I told that the seller doesn't have the tickets and I couldn't have them.

I sell tickets through seatwave frequently. They are good and I thought they made you replace the tickets come what may if you were unable to stand on the deal though reading some of these reviews it doesn't seem so.
