I would definately use Seatwave again. I bought 2 tickets for Tina Turmer at MEN on 31 March and recieved them today. I bought tickets that had the verification symbol which shows that Seatwave have checked they do exist and am delighted to say that we are in the third row (bought on the basis of first 5 rows). i was just wondering if anybody on here has ever recieved tickets as an a4 piece of paper were the tickets are printed at the top and other information on the rest of the paper.. i am now feeling very very worried about my tickets.

We bought Metallica tickets through Seatwave recently. The final week before the concert was fraught with panic. Tickets hadn't arrived 4 working days before the gig, emails to Seatwave wern't replied to. Eventually made telephone contact and tickets did arrive 2 working days before the gig. They looked like photocopied pages not actual gig tickets. All Seatwave said was that's the chance you take when you buy second hand tickets. As a fan-to-fan ticket exchange we are entirely dependant upon our sellers receiving their tickets before being able to send them to buyers. We monitor the progress of each sale and do liaise with sellers to achieve as timely dispatch as possible. The tickets you received were printed 'e-tickets' hence the appearance. Finally and most importantly I'm delighted that your husband and son had such a great time. “I purchased two tickets for Depeche Mode at the O2...”

I purchased two tickets for Depeche Mode at the O2 Arena on May the 30th. from Seatwave for quite a large sum of money but compared to sites like Ebay these were very good prices.
This was back on the 30th of October last year.
Still waiting and feeling a little uneasy as a hotel and travel arrangements have already been finalized. It will all be pointless if the tickets don't arrive.

“I've sent away for three tickets to the Britney Spears...”

I've sent away for three tickets to the Britney Spears concert in June at the O2 from Seatwave, and this was in January and we still havn't received them. I dont understand how some people manage to receive tickets the day after they are ordered and yet we are told we MAY receive them 48 hours before the event! I'm afraid the large difference in experience between buyers as to when they receive their tickets is very much driven by the issuing of tickets by venues. It is great when buyers purchase and our sellers have the tickets to immediately dispatch, but this is not always the situation. The O2 generally only print tickets a couple of weeks before the performance, but certain batches can be later than this. If it is any comfort, none of our Britney Spears orders have yet been delivered.

Me and my mum wanted to go see the Killers at the Nottingham Trent FM Arena on the 3rd of March 2009, and unfortunatelty it was all sold out. So we tried many websites and came across Seatwave, and people may complain about the prices, but at the end of the day, the site is selling sold out tickets, and there gonna be expensive? I ordered two tickets from Seatwave for a 7pm showing of Jimmy Carr. The tickets were advertised together and I therefore had no reason to believe that they would be seated apart. The tickets I received were 3 rows apart and for a showing at a completely different time. I phoned customer services twice (as they did not get back to me the first time as promised) and complained that the tickets I had received were not the ones advertised and was dismissed and told nothing could be done about it… Read Full Review

From Tom at Seatwave: May I re-iterate our sincere apologies that you were unable to attend Mama Mia at the weekend. We actively monitor all sales on our site and as a result were alerted to the delay in your seller dispatching tickets to you. Further investigation uncovered the fact that your seller was not able source the tickets and our internal sourcing team immediately attempted to find alternatives. Unfortunately, due to the timescales involved and the popularity of the show we could not find replacements. Your refund was immediately raised and approved; the 10 day timescale quoted is to cover all eventualities in terms of the processing of the refund back through the banking system. We would always hope that the money is credited to the account before this.

<br/>We never want to see a sale end up as a refund and it is all the more galling that this situation involved a birthday and the disappointment experienced by your daughter. I was nervous after reading the reviews about fake tickets, but they arrived in plenty of time and were exactly as advertised. I needed to buy 10 tickets for the Serie A, Inter v Juve game on Nov 22 2008 and was worried by the lack of good reviews on this site. This was my stag do so it was crucial. We paid £70 for our tickets, third tier red. We had a good view of the game even there up in the gods. The atmosphere was top notch...real pantomime....there was a great but not aggressive atmosphere.
