Firstly I apologise about English. I from Austria. I buy tickets from Seatwave.com for Michael Jackson in August, the website said that all tickets are guaranteed. I buy tickets and then just today I told that the seller doesn't have the tickets and I couldn't have them.
The www.seatwave website says that tickets are guaranteed, so why are tickets cancelled? They would not accept my complaint about the tickets being cancelled and the terms.
I tell them that I book flights and… Read Full Review

I sell tickets through seatwave frequently. They are good and I thought they made you replace the tickets come what may if you were unable to stand on the deal though reading some of these reviews it doesn't seem so. With regards to the delivery of tickets it is an absolute lottery when they will be delivered by Ticketmaster (remember seatwave are only agents acting on behalf of people like me) I have ordered tickets through Ticketmaster for Beyonce back in December and still no sign yet Cliff… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I would definately use Seatwave again. I bought 2 tickets for Tina Turmer at MEN on 31 March and recieved them today. I bought tickets that had the verification symbol which shows that Seatwave have checked they do exist and am delighted to say that we are in the third row (bought on the basis of first 5 rows). I paid face value so no complaints… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

We bought Metallica tickets through Seatwave recently. The final week before the concert was fraught with panic. Tickets hadn't arrived 4 working days before the gig, emails to Seatwave wern't replied to. Eventually made telephone contact and tickets did arrive 2 working days before the gig. They looked like photocopied pages not actual gig tickets. All Seatwave said was that's the chance you take when you buy second hand tickets. However, tickets were authentic and even gave VIP access… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I purchased two tickets for Depeche Mode at the O2 Arena on May the 30th. from Seatwave for quite a large sum of money but compared to sites like Ebay these were very good prices.
This was back on the 30th of October last year.
Still waiting and feeling a little uneasy as a hotel and travel arrangements have already been finalized. It will all be pointless if the tickets don't arrive.
My main frustration is the lack of updates. I never created a Seatwave account through personal choice when I… Read Full Review

I've sent away for three tickets to the Britney Spears concert in June at the O2 from Seatwave, and this was in January and we still havn't received them. I dont understand how some people manage to receive tickets the day after they are ordered and yet we are told we MAY receive them 48 hours before the event! The tickets were expensive and we still have to organize going down to London and staying there, so far I've not had a good experience with this site!… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

Me and my mum wanted to go see the Killers at the Nottingham Trent FM Arena on the 3rd of March 2009, and unfortunatelty it was all sold out. So we tried many websites and came across Seatwave, and people may complain about the prices, but at the end of the day, the site is selling sold out tickets, and there gonna be expensive? And no-one is forcing you to buy them, so dont complain. We ordered two tickets at £75.00 each, and were a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews on here, and… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I bought one ticket to watch Oasis in Madrid. I had been nervous due the the mixed (some terrible) reviews on sites such as this, however I decided to take a risk. My dealings with Seatwave from the first moment were 100% positive. I only paid about £10- £15 over the original ticket price which surprised me, especially as the event had sold out. I could not then access the tracking system which made me suspicious, however every e-mail i sent to their customer services department was dealt with… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I ordered two tickets from Seatwave for a 7pm showing of Jimmy Carr. The tickets were advertised together and I therefore had no reason to believe that they would be seated apart. The tickets I received were 3 rows apart and for a showing at a completely different time. I phoned customer services twice (as they did not get back to me the first time as promised) and complained that the tickets I had received were not the ones advertised and was dismissed and told nothing could be done about it… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I was initially a bit nervous about using Seatwave due to the bad reviews, but then its often only when something doesn't work out that people bother to write a review, where's many, many satisfied customers who probably don't write their good experiences. My tickets were bought for Kaiser Chief in Edinburgh for the 26th February for my boyfriend's daughter's 18th birthday treat, so total disaster if the tickets didn't turn up!! But all was well. Ordered the tickets on the 4th February and they… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I paid £600+ weeks ahead for Mamma Mia tickets and they let us down 3 days before the show. She cried for hours and hours and hours. How do you explain it to her?
Oh, and why do they take 2 weeks to refund the money - they took it quickly enough.
Very, very, unimpressed… Read Full Review

After reading so many negative comments i bought more tickets for coldplay next year thinking mine from seatwave would not come! However, they came 10 days before the gig, and we saw them last night at the o2 arena. They were amazing. Yes our tickets were expensive but we were willing to pay that for them. Thank you Seatwave, would use you again… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I paid more than face value...but that's what you get when they're sold out every where else, and actually it really wasnt too expensive, and not bad seats at all. I was sent an email saying that the tickets were dispached, and I recieved them the next day. I was worried after some other reviews, but I had no problems and would use again… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I purchased 2 tickets for Coldplay six months ago as a birthday present for my husband; with less than 5 days to go I phoned Seatwave, and all that they were prepared to do at this stage was to chase the seller. 48 hours before the conert I still hadn't heard, and Seatwave only then confessed that the seller didn't have the tickets and would I accept tickets for another day. They said that it was now too late to offer replacement tickets for the same day, even though when I had first contacted… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I recently paid much more than the face value for tickets to see Leonard Cohen in Brighton. I was nervous after reading the reviews about fake tickets, but they arrived in plenty of time and were exactly as advertised. Yes, I paid 'over the odds', but after all, a ticket for such an event is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it and the charges were always clear. I would have actually paid much more to see Cohen and to put things in perspective, I recently paid a plumber more for a… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com

I needed to buy 10 tickets for the Serie A, Inter v Juve game on Nov 22 2008 and was worried by the lack of good reviews on this site. This was my stag do so it was crucial. We paid £70 for our tickets, third tier red. We had a good view of the game even there up in the gods. The atmosphere was top notch...real pantomime....there was a great but not aggressive atmosphere. Juve fans were dotted about the Inter ones where we sat but no one gave them any grief...eveyone was here to see the game… Read Full ReviewVisit seatwave.com
