Booked an all inclusive holiday to Turkey two weeks ago. Due to fly out tomorrow, recieved a phone call from Broadway Travel this morning advising that the hotel we had booked was closed. We were told it would not be ready until July, so why didn't they tell us this when we booked!! They offered another hotel but this was in a remote area and trip advisor reviews were terrible. My family and i used them for our July 2010 holiday to Costa Adeje in Tenerife staying at the excellent Costa Adeje Gran Hotel. Must have enjoyed it as we have booked to go to the same hotel this year for 14 nights as opposed to 11 nights… Read Full Review

We booked a so-called all inclusive holiday to a five-star Egyptian resort with Broadway Travel and it turned out to be the worst thing we ever did. First of all, we questioned the hotel's five-star status. It was awful. The hotel all-inclusive bar had just one person serving, there were long queues and when you eventually did get served, they'd not got the drinks you wanted or the mixers needed. Hi, I have been booking my holidays to Florida with Broadway Travel for the past few years due to the good prices they offer. I always get my paperwork and tickets and with regards to the comment below I believe they do store calls as there was an error with the spelling of my husbands first name and they listeaned to the call admitted it was their fault and got it changed. I would like to tell people to not book with this travel company,they get 1 star as the fields are manditory or it would have been zero! Just come back from 4 days in Prague, would definitely recommend Broadway Travel, booking staff were polite, friendly and efficient. All travel documents arrived within days of booking holiday. Hotel lovely, food good and private transfers on time both ways. I will certainly be booking my next holiday through them and have told my family and friends to use them and some already have. Steer well clear of this travel company. They are inneffective in getting travel documents to you and when you do get them they are incorrect. Any calls are directed to a premium rate phone number (avoid by calling 01582 798306). On arrival there was no-one to collect us though transfer was paid for and no mention of extra charge for baggage. Response to complain took four months and then only to deny all responsibility.

I am disgusted to think that this company is still in buisness. If you value your money,DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a married mother of 4 young children and we decided to book our annual summer holiday along with my mother in law and her children and friends and relatives. there was a big party of us booking. My daughter and I booked a last minute holiday in October. The price confirmed in the email was not honoured - I was told flights are going up all the time so price not guaranteed. Was given flight times which were not the times they booked and they argued they hadn't given me the time I had wrote down. This 'error' of theirs resulted in me losing a full day's holiday on a 5 day trip. Booked a holiday with them that was confirmed on the phone and when I got my documents through it was a completely different hotel and part of the country! When I tried to change it they wanted more money! I said no way! First time I booked a holiday, was quite hesitant about the whole process.
But Raf at Broadway was so helpful with the booking, as well as with his advice on what to do when you get there. Things to look out for.
I was amazed at how cheap they were. Hotel was great, location wise and quality.

I booked a Nile river cruise last year with broaday and could not have asked for a better service.
We were meet and greeted at the airport by the hotelier, who dealt with our visas and relevant papers, then collected our suitcases and placed them into our taxi which was all ready and waiting for us.
When we got to our cruise ship, we were had our suitcase dropped off at our room and given a complimentary bottle of wine.

Bought 5 return tickets from Broadways as a return flight to Sanford, Orlando. The flight was with Monarch and we recieved the tickets 10 days before our departure.
As the seats are allocated on arrival, but we had pre-purchased seats, we were all sat together on the flight.
