Everyone these days is looking for a bargain.
My experience with Broadway was good from start to finish. I was offered a choice of flights and it was explained which and why some were more expensive than others.
The girl I dealt with offered me both the hotel I asked about and a choice of 2 others. She also quoted me including all the bits other online agencies seem to forget - like checked in bags and transfers !! Seriously, who can go away for 2 weeks and NOT check in a bag for goodness… Read Full Review

this company should be avoided .we recently had a holiday with them to tenerife.they didnt send on boarding passes in time for our flights. they faxed them to prestwick airport as we suggested . however they didnt wait for lady to respond as their fax machine was actually brocken down . we were left to pay ryanair 80 pounds to obtain our passes. i phoned from the airport to explain what happened. the lady on the other end assured me when we got back home to send on proof for a full refund… Read Full Review

They gave us great advice and recommendations where to stay, hotel was exactly what we were looking for, and was as decribed.

Booked a hotel dec 2009 to sharm it said on there web site 5 star not true at all the sheraton sharm the hotel its self is but that's not what you get when you get there you are put in 3 star on the resort not what they advertise all inclusive more like all excluded, ok if your a chicken and fish fan cos that's all you seem to get! and if you don't mind sitting out side of a evening having a drink if you want to sit in the lobby bar you have to pay or indian resturant 4 double barcadi and two… Read Full Review

Travelled to Florida a few years ago with this agency and experienced no problems, however... I booked a Florida holiday for 2010 through them, the flights were booked through Globespan who have since gone into administration! Broadway called me and told me not too panic, I would have to claim my refund through my credit card company even though I paid my money to Broadway and pay for new flights to Orlando! My credit card company refuse as the money was paid to Broadway and not to Globespan.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with - do not go anywhere near them. Booked a holiday to Ibiza for Aug 2009. We were told that the date of departure was correct after many times asking them during the booking process and many follow up phone calls afterwards. DO not book with this company, i was sold a holiday that did not exsist. I saw an ad that offered a great deal at a hotel that i really wanted to stay at. I phoned Broadway travel and was offered the holiday but it was a bit more expensive than it was being offered on the internet. It still seemed a good deal so i bought it. So far we had to call Broadway Travel's office 6 times for them to correct their own errors and we haven't even been on the holiday yet. This amounted to spending around 1h30m on the phone, stress and the extra call charges. The last was that 4 days before the holiday they sent a letter and demanded £25 extra as an overdue payment or threatened to cancel our trip. From my experience, they are totally incompetent in whatever they do.

Today is Wednesday 9th September 2009, me and another party (seperate booking) of friends are due to be travelling to Florida on 15th September 2009 so lets say 5 days away and we still haventreceived any documents/tickets from broadway travel. I was sold a holiday with on-site facilities that did not exist and suddenly, when I complained, I found my holiday provider wasn't Broadway Travel it was You travel and between the two of them nobody wants to take any responsibility. They respond with all sorts of excuses and use phrases like 'I hope this has not deterred you from booking with broadway Travel in future". The sign of a good company is dealing with problems when the occur. We didn't feel as though Broadway Travel did this.
We thought they were totally unprofessional when dealing with their mistake. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone else!
