This is the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with. DON'T be taken in by a finely laid out website. Their customer services performance is horrific. Waiting for refund from volcanic ash debacle took ages and unable to talk to any staff. When refund finally came, they deducted £40 having originally confirmed a refund would be in full, in writing. Well after waiting 40 mins plus for them to answer the phone when it stated 6 mins, I was cut off mid conversation, that is after contacting them twice today already with promises of a call back, and I'm still waiting.... We are due to fly on Friday and still no tickets. Still don't know what's happening. I booked and paid in full for a holiday to Majorca in early May 2010. The tickets did not arrive until 2 days prior to the day of departure in early July 2010. I left several messages and sent numerous emails chasing the tickets starting about a week before we were due to travel, all messages left on Broadway Travel answer phone were never returned nor did I get a reply to any of my emails. I don't know what all the negative reviews are about! i booked a holiday for 4 to sharm el sheikh 5 star all inclusive. just got back and found all the other guests there paid considerably more than i did!
Value for money agent.
I booked through an agent called Kate Wardell which was great. lovely lady and great help all the way.

Do not use this company! Everything went well at first when booking, we paid in full when we booked but did not recieve any confirmation, no sales invoice :S or anything! We rang up two weeks before our holiday and was told our paper work would be sent out the next week by post, now two days before we fly and about 10 phonecalls later, we still do not have all our information, accomodation tickets etc. We are lost for what to do as we have tried phoning over and over and the people on the phone… Read Full Review

after reading all reviews wander if it is same firm i used had no trouble with them had e mail straight away from them also tickets arrived before time wen i phoned them staff very helpfull would use them again as long as service was the same also had £20 taken of cc charge as was going for 32 nights no complaints with this company… Read Full Review

Booked a short notice, short haul holiday requesting accommodation to suit a 65 year old with walking dificulties. Got a hostel, part of the Club Palma Bay in Arenal, Majorca, which was about 300 metres up hill from the main complex where all the facilities were, ie pools, entertainment, retaurant etc.

A friend later told us they had smashing flights and got everything early on. DO NOT USE THEM.Have booked with this company and supposed to be flying Saturday. Its Wednesday now and still no tickets to fly or vouchers for accom. or transfers. I have mixed reviews about broadwaytravel as initially I was extremely pleased with the service delivered by Jade, the sales rep. She advised me on both location and resort and her suggestions were A1 - both were fabulous.

I recently just booked a holiday for myself and my partener. After spending alot of time phoning broodway talking to different helpful staff who helped me decide what hotel to chose and what dates I finally called back to book and pay and unfortunately got another member of staff.

I have booked my last 6 holidays with Broadway Travel and they have always been fantastic. We were unfortunate to be in the XL Airways mess which was quite scary being stranded abroad with 2 small children but Broadway were excellent and arranged for an alternative flight at no extra charge and no hassle. I have booked again this year through Broadway and when you compare the prices of other Holiday Operators you cant beat Broadway for value.
