we have just returned from a holiday to Benidorm that was booked with Broadway Travel and we were happy with everything apart from the transfers.From leaving the airport to arriving at our hotel took 2hours 20mins,thats longer than the flight from England which is ridiculous.This was the second time we have booked with them,the first time a mini bus did our transfer so it took no time at all,but this time it was a full coach and we were the last to be dropped off.We would use them again if this… Read Full Review

“STILL WAITING!”

Still waiting for a refund from Broadway Travel almost 2 years after Kiss Flights went bust. Im guessing judjing by the fact that many people have had refunds from other travel agents that for some reason someone is with holding OUR money. Cant quite believe the "bargain deals" e-mails we are still recieving from this company despite the fact they still owe us almost £1000. Hi,

In terms of your comments I totally appreciate your frustration on having to wait for the process to be complete. Unfortunately this is totally out of our control and is being processed by the CAA with the administrators. We are aware that 95% of the bookings which were affected by the Kiss Flights downfall which obviously unfortunately means you are one of the 5% still to be resolved. The CAA will settle ASAP and without us being fully bonded you would not be looking at any funds back. In terms of "bargain deals" if you do not wish to recieve these you can unsubscribe but this is a very popular service and generates a lot of highly happy customers who enjoy their break away. I hope the CAA resolve your claim and you are refunded accordingly in the near future but just to reiterate we are not holding your money and the process is out of our control.

Broadway is glad you enjoyed your holiday, 1000's of passengers experience the same positive experience and enjoy wonderful value for money deals through us year on year. There are not many travel companies still in operation after 60 years! Unfortunately occassionally there will be issues that is a fact and as the Agent, Broadway Travel will do what ever it can to rectify any issues for our clients ASAP. We recieve thank you e-mails on a regular basis expressing thanks to Broadway for their service but unfortunately negative feedback is more popular feedback which is submitted on certain sites.... We do not generate false feedback like certain compaines and from now on will be asking our clients to post reviews where ever possible. We will also look to post responses to negative reviews posted.

“Extreme dissatisfaction with customer service!”

We booked a holiday with EasyJet through Broadway Travel.About a Month before we was due to depart we decided to add another bag to our package. Broadway Travel dealt with this request, and promptly took the money from our Bank Account. About ten days before our holiday I realised we had not yet received confirmation of our request even though the money had been taken from our Account. We booked with Broadway Travel to go to America, a party of 8 - in two families. Despite e-mails confirming the villa would be big enough, on arrival it was only suitable for a maximum of 6. The local agents said it was Broadways fault & left us to continually chase them in England. “Great holiday”

Just wanted to leave a review as had read a number of critical ones in this website which worried me before the holiday. Just returned from a trip to Alvor in Portugal and had a fantastic time at good prices - Broadway Travel did everything they said, sent everything on time and sorted out decent flights, transfers and accommodation. After a leaflet came through my door last January , being delighted with the prices my daughter granddaughter and myself booked a holiday. “charged for services we didn't receive”

My party of 4 paid for Hotel transfers in advance,we did not receive and had to book a taxi to the airport at an extra cost of 40 euro. Paid for transfers at a cost of £50 at time of booking and unable to get a refund,they are blaming the shuttle company in Majorca and they will not refund the cost to Broadway so they will not refund to us although we booked it through Broadway. Found lovely cheap holiday, then it all went very wrong. Father-In-Law lost his flights because Holidays4U were used to book his flights. He was then told he couldn't claim back the money for his flights for 6 months and they would not pay for him to make other arrangements to fly to our destination! I have booked two previous holidays with Broadway Travel, and i have always been very happy with the serivce and low cost quotes i have been given for my holidays. I find them alot cheaper then the high street travel agents and other online companies, especially for the time of year when i need to travel. The confirmation documents are always emailed to me an hour after i have booked and i have always recieved my travel documents well in advance of travel. Broadway Travel act only in the role of agents, and they use suppliers who are not ABTA protected - so when things go wrong and you try to involve ABTA, they are powerless to help you. Believe me, we know - we tried and we could get no recourse through ABTA. So be very wary of firms who proudly display the ABTA badge, as it may not actually make any difference when it comes down to it......

We decided to go on our first 'All Inclusive' holiday but wanted 4* or above. We have 3 children, so there aren't many hotels that can accomodate us. We found where we wanted to go, Elba Sara Hotel, Fuerteventura, by looking in the brochures, they had conneting rooms for 5 with sea view, then to get the best price. Once you have made your booking, the service deterioates. If you want to contact the company by phone, you will find it difficult and time consuming to get any help....and phone calls will cost you 10p a minute. What kind of a company is that? My girlfriend booked a holiday in February to Gran Canaria with these muppets. They failed to send her her "holiday pack" with boarding passes etc. (they admitted this, eventually). Their system failed to book the accommodation (again, only admitted under duress), leaving my girlfriend and her female travel partner wondering if they were going to end up sleeping on a beach.
