Been using Nublue for some years now for our webhosting. Customer service is excellent, always quick, knowledgeable and problem fixed. What more do you need? We run Magento stores on dedicated server and have never had issues that weren't of my own doing! Always quick to respond and to resolve. Can't praise them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending to potential new customers.

I can't praise NuBlue enough, they talk to me in English and they sort it out - FAST. I run a Magento E-Commerce site and I was swimming in soup when I first started out, but the guys in support helped even when I messed up big time - and I did. I would recommend them to anyone. The only downside from my perspective is no weekend support on the package I have, but so far that hasn't been a problem

We are far from tech guru's and while we are more than happy to have a go at most things we often end up clicking the wrong setting or doing something quite stupid.. However we are able to "Have a go" with the knowledge that Nublue are there to help us out at any point... They explain everything which such a simple language and point you in the right direction.. and if we have done something stupid they have no issues in helping us out.. At the start of the year we made some huge changes with Nublue help.. 2x server changes.. 3x web store's changed and a new one created... All went just as they had planned and they even made the old websites available on testing domains with out us asking, so we could check settings/details.. All with no fuss.. Just excellent planning and help.... We have now been using Nublue for a few years and I can't ever imagine how we could work with out them.

The service we receive from NuBlue is nothing short of outstanding. Considering what we pay per month for their service and that most of the issues are caused by us, their patience, detailed responses and attention care is amazing. Never patronising and always clear, concise and efficient their service level around the clock is the best I have experienced, in any industry. I cannot see a point where we would ever move host and if you considering moving or looking for a host I can recommend them enough.

We have been working with NuBlue now for some years and would highly recommend them. Our experience with other hosting and internet service providers has been that when you need support there is no one to ring and you are left waiting for days for someone to read and respond to your support ticket, normally with an automated response that doesn't even answer your querie. However, not at NuBlue, Yay!! Their support is excellent and they respond quickly and efficiently. I recommend them and wish I had found them earlier.

I have recently become a user of new blue and as a Mac user found it a little tricky to get the mail settings correct. On calling and speaking to the team they were fantastic as apparently it was not just me but was actually really tricky to set up. The guys at NuBlue were amazing and persistently and skilfully worked hard to sort out the technical difficulties for me. Eventually they succeeded to get the mail up running and working perfectly. Throughout the entire process they kept in contact with me and worked patiently and diligently to make sure everything was spot on. This was a frustrating problem that turned into a challenge and the team were brilliant. The young man was both helpful and knowledgeable and spoke to me with respect, that along with his lovely sense of humour made the whole experience a pleasurable one. I would recommend NuBlue to anyone and feel confident that my recommendation was would be upheld safe in the knowledge that NuBlue are there for their clients.

Nublue have been hosting my website since 2009. The teams at Nublue are extremely competent and professional. The very few times when I experienced some minor issues, they dealt with the problem right away, found a solution and took the time to explain things to me in simple terms (I am not at all technical!). They don't keep their customers waiting or pass them on from one person to another. Your query is dealt with right away by the "right person". Nublue is one of the few companies that really make you feel like a valued customer.

“Rapid response and dedication in supporting their...”

We have had numerous issues being quite amateur in our site development and integration with Magento etc, but as we have gone through processes of purchasing and installing SSL certificates, or had issues with Plesk for example, NuBlue's support team has been quick to respond and help, even over Chirstmas! We barely had time to do all of our work so worked over the Christmas break but they helped us out and even upgraded our server as needed for new software loadouts without a quibble. They have a lot of support for Magento and, as I have a few more queries coming up, I sit assured knowing they will be able to help me. We have had a few teething problems but rather than dismiss it and fob us off, they have been helpful in resolving them. Some products could be cheaper (add-ons etc) but the fact they'd support and install them is why you pay a little more I guess!

This is the first time I have used a hosting company and I am very glad with the choice I made. I have been with them for a few months now. The pricing is really good value. The support is fast and they really do their best to get to the depth of your question or problem. I feel like I can ask them anything. The only little thing I think would recommend to improve this service is a really quick short starter guide for when you first login in and need to navigate around your account for the first time. As someone new to the game, having a short 20 second video that just takes you through the different pages of the account profile would help. Or just some pop-up tutorial boxes with hints, for people who are just starting out with hosting.

These guys really know what they're doing. The servers never have any trouble; although the backend doesn't have all the crazy bells and whistles other competitors brag about, everything I've needed has just worked. Setting up email? Done. 30 second job, can even do it on my phone when I'm out in a couple of minutes. Creating new domains and subdomains is quick and simple, and it has never taken longer for a domain to propagate than it has said, and even sometimes having been told to allow 24 hours it's ready in 2 or 3 - this is a great help to me as a developer as I don't have to wait for ages and tell a client theres nothing I can do. And then, if there's something not quite working whether it's to do with incorrect permissions or plugins, or anything really - the team on the online chat are second to none. Every time I've had to contact them about something, usually something I have done that's not quite right and can't figure out why, I have always been connected to a very knowledgeable and polite member of the web hosting team who will either tell me where I've gone wrong, and is happy to explain it so I know for next time, or otherwise it may be something that they can only change from their end in which case they are usually very on the ball and have probably helped someone with a similar problem/with a similar plugin etc. before and will get it done without any hassle. In summary, a good company and a great team. Would recommend to anyone with similar hosting requirements.

I don't consider myself to be a very technical so it's great to work with a hosting company that you can call for help with any query! No matter how dumb my questions may seem, Nublue are always there to help in a friendly, approachable and professional way. I've worked with other hosting companies who just don't provide this fantastic level of service - for instance, some only respond to enquiries by email when what you really want is a quick response and a dialogue. Nublue are always just a phone call away. I always recommend them to people!

Nublue have been hosting my eCommerce site since it launched over 2 years ago. I have never had any problems with them. They are always available to tackle any support any problems with my site in a professional manner. They also keep up with the latest server technology and upgrade you for free now and then. I recently had a problem with my payment system and they were there right from the start to ensure it was fixed, where other support companies would say it is not their problem. I would recommend any business eCommerce site to use them as a host.
