I ordered a tumble dryer a microwave and a toaster and kettle set all to be delivered the next day, the microwave came a day late as it is but still no dryer or toaster kettle set, so we called and were told the dryer could take another 2 weeks, which is utterly ridiculous as the reason I ordered it in the first place there and then is so I could have it next day to help rid my house of fleas, I was offered no apology what so ever (even though it was supposed to be next day delivery) the next… Read Full Review

“Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering!!”

Think this has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered a new bed for my son on 26 April 2012. The delivery date of 15th June came and went without any sign of a bed. Finally after 5 weeks of me chasing it up I was told on 14th July that the order had been lost at the warehouse on 19th June and they were therefore unable to deliver the bed. This is exactly what happened to me. I took the day of work on four separate occasions when they promised me it would be arriving. No apology, nothing. Our son slept for weeks on the floor because we´d taken his bed to the skip when they promised delivery to us. Awful company. They could not care less.

I found an x box 360 at it's cheapest price form them. Went on to order it and it creates you an account. It says "conratulations you have £1000 to spend with us". Then hours later you get a phone call saying they want more details about you and there will be a letter in the post to sign before you can have your goods. it is a week now and no goods and no letter. ordered a lamp table on fri 2/3/12 guaranteed delivery by foll day as having cancer treatment thro the week. rang up late mon afternoon very angry to be told they could not guarantee delivery it had only just arrived at the depot today and would take still another couple of days to get to me!!!!!! absolutely disgusted. I ordered a present for a friends child and when it came it said for age 6 and over despite saying on their website it was for age 3yrs. I tried to return the item but they never collected it despite me waiting in on 3 occasions for them to come. Managed to get money back after a fight.
