“Low quality and poor customer service”

I purchased an Amy day bed for my one daughter and was happy with it, so when my other daughter needed a replacement bed I bought another Amy day bed - I wish I hadn't. The second bed is not of the same quality as the first one. After the bed was just over 12 months old the slats started to break/split and when you move, the squeaks. “Exemplary Customer Service”

The customer service from placing my order through to delivery was exemplary. Every member of staff I spoke to was polite, and regular updates by email and text kept me, as the customer, fully informed of the progress of my order. I especially appreciated the 4 hour window provided for the delivery time. The 2 delivery agents removed my old bed and mattress, and assembled my new bed professionally, leaving the room clean with minimum disruption. Three weeks ago I ordered a bed and mattress from the basingstoke branch. The sells guy confirmed that it would be delivered and assemble it. Well it was delivered today but it wasn't assembled as per prior agreement. When I phoned the store I was told to contact customer services. I ordered 2 single bed memory foam mattresses, on a certain date, only afterward I realised I had put the wrong date as I needed the mattresses 1 week earlier as they were for my holiday cottage. I entered my new date onto the Dreams Web site, and as promised the mattresses were delivered on time on the new date, giving my husband plenty of time to be at the property to receive the delivery. “Buying a Bed from Dreams”

I bought a bed from Dreams, but found the mattress to be to hard for my arthritic spine, but the shop were unable change the mattresses before the thirty days,quite understandable! I then contacted the Head of Customer Services who allowed me to go back to the shop and find a more suitable bed, this I duly did. Needed a new bed and wanted 1 that was gonna last a long time. we wanted to make sure that we ordered the correct type of bed for us, so off we went to our local store in Cwmbran. Dreams as a service provider have failed under every possible condition. Do not stick to delivery dates do not update customer records do not apply promised discounts or refunds have rude and unhelpful delivery staff do not stick to ring ahead procedures The backpain from an old mattress is preferable to using this company. As I commented to my friend after dealing with 'Dreams' bedstore.You think you've found the one of your dreams. You are invited in, treated beautifully by an extremely pleasant young man who invites you to lie on the bed whilst he makes you a cup of tea. We purchased a matteress in January under the Comfort Guarantee Scheme. This was delivered on 12 Feb. On 26 Feb. we returned to the store to advise we did not find the mattress comfortable and wished to exchange this. Given there was no other suitable alternative of similar cost, we decided to upgrade payinf £1000.00 +. Ordered a tv bed 2 weeks ago at dreams looking forward to receiving are new bed, on two occasions they told us are bed was being delivered, even had a txt from dreams saying your bed is on its way untill day before deluvery date they ring me saying beds not in stock i called customer services they told me the bed has been pulled from sale by the supplyers i have demanded my money back and have to wait 3-5 days!!! “Dodgy cancellation policy, no refund despite chasing”

I ordered a bed in a Dreams store on a Sunday but later decided I wanted to cancel the order. Checking the terms & conditions I was shocked to find you only get 24 hours to cancel otherwise they charge you 20%. That's £400 on a £2000 bed. So I rushed back to the shop on Monday morning to get the order cancelled and refunded. I was then even more shocked to be told the shop cannot / will not do any refunds. I hope you realise your bed is made from chipboard! Don't sit on the sides too long, the one in the Leeds store broke when one of the staff members did that!

Also, it's a shame "[name removed] from Southend" who has apparently reviewed the bed on Dreams website doesn't know it's not solid Oak either!

Terrible from the start! Ordered the Messina bed as is was on offer, now I know why! Paid for the bed and a memory foam mattress in store and when I got the bed on said delivery date they delivered a single bed! Upon checking the order it was a mistake on the salesman's behalf and he did accept fault but still we were without a bed until it was collected and the new bed was delivered a few days later. It is quite unfortunate that being ex-customer of dreams, I had to suffer a loss of 20% for my recent order. The order was made late in the evening on Bank holiday Monday 6th and had to cancel it on Thursday morning the 9th due to some personal reasons. But dreams sales adviser said I have to speak to the customer service, who in turn said I need to pay 20% of total order as cancellation charges after 24hrs. Most impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. Having ordered a bed and been given a delivery date a couple of weeks later, I called the day before to check all was on schedule. Staff member promised to check and call back which HE DID. (great response judging by today's standards). Bed was delivered as promised. I recently purchased a mattress and bed base from Dreams. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order I noticed that one of the bed legs was slightly crooked. I didn't think anything of this but after a couple of months I noticed that the bed became extremely creaky and frequently required re-assembly. “diabolical customer service, will not buy from them again”

We paid £25.00 for a 10 year guarantee for our very expensive memory foam mattress which had to be replaced 3 years later due to bad dipping and sagging. Three years on, the replacement mattress is just as bad and the company are saying that there is nothing wrong with it, despite very visible dips and hollows in it, which are causing great discomfort.
