We ordered a mattress on sat 6 oct 2013 along with memory foam pillows spending nearly £1000 from the sittingbourne store. We discussed price match and were told if we found a similar product cheaper they would match it. At the same time they gave my daughter a bear for, what I assumed was free, being well behaved. “WORST COMPANY EVER”

After having five mattresses delivered all with the same fault i threw in the towel and demanded a full refund. Dreams being Dreams of course I had to remind after seven days that they owed me £1288.00. this company is incompetent from the top down and the only word of praise goes to the delivery drivers. As I have received a full refund ( less delivery costs, bloody cheek ) I see little point in giving you an order number. I have dealt with your M.D and most of your customer service dept.
Your company from the top down is a disgrace(excepting delivery drivers). You have the worst customer service department I have ever come across. I will never deal with you again and I go out of my way to discourage others to do the same.
I am really surprised that a company such as Dreams manages to keep going. Read all your reviews, most say you are rubbish apart from the ones that I suppose were written by the staff.

Ordered 2 double beds, a single toddler bed and two sets of drawers. Spent probably about £2000 and have received them most poorest customer service, and after care!! We waited 6 weeks for a date of delivery, then that date was cancelled. A further date was arranged which was also cancelled. “Absolutely atrocious customer service”

A despicable experience from start to finish. Due to their website listing being so ambiguous I phoned their sales team. Promised a callback twice and nothing happened. Miraculously managed to speak to someone at the third time of asking, who would start this whole situation. WAITING FIVE MONTHS FOR A BED AND STILL NOTHING .. NOT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY APPARENTLY!!!!Worst service ever. Ordered Kyoto bed at end of April and still don't have it. Customer services never ring back, and the store take 2/3 days to reply to our voice mails. We have been told many excuses why the bed hasn't arrived ... It's in quarenteen, been checked for health and safety standards ... Yet the grey one is still advertised on the website .... The docking station is faulty , etc... Just excuses. We were then told by somebody else that it wasn't in quarenteen at all and that they could only order this bed in bulk.We received our mattress early but don't appreciate sleeping on the floor in our first new home together, especially as it is coming to winter and would also love to watch tv in our tv bed. We have received 200 pounds in vouchers but this wasn't enough for the wait .. I also suffer back pain.they sent us pine bunk beds, two mattresses and another 120 pounds in vouchers for my partners two children.We spent 2500 on the bed and mattress and another 800 on wardrobes, so their not really giving much away. I was told the bed would be in the country today 23rd sept, but I contacted the store and customer services and they still know nothing. If I don't get my bed this week I will be cancelling my order. I can't wait 5 months for a bed!!!!!!!!!!!

“Excellent service from start to finish”

From walking into the store to delivery, I honestly cannot fault the 'dreams' team. The gentleman in store was friendly, experienced and was fantastic with my 2 year old son. The communication from the store was excellent. The delivery team were friendly. They put up the bed in the desired room, talked me through how to use the storage space and even tidied up after themselves. All queries were answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner. “Rude, ignorant, arrogant”

I bought and paid in full a bed frame and mattress from the Botley Road store in Oxford. The so-called manager was rude, arrogant and ignorant and I will never shop there again! Delivery was made, assembly paid for at £29.00 (a joke for what was actually required) but impossible, because parts were missing, which ultimately created a big problem for my visiting guest who had to make other arrangements. I ordered my new mattress on-line and was really pleased with the service provided, I was given a choice of delivery dates straight away and was then kept informed by text message to remind me of the date.I was told which company would deliver and was given a 3 hour time slot. I ordered and took delivery of a Cadiz bed and Olive mattress this week, all done and dusted with spot on delivery time within five days, the bed and mattress are exactly as seen on line and just perfect for the room, after ordering I called in at the Dreams Store in Castle Vale to have a look at the bed "for real" and the staff could not have been more helpful, even though I had already bought the bed and mattress and was not looking to make an in store purchase. We chose what we considered an expensive bed , the Durham, but within days we noticed a distinct sagging of the mattress. We complained and expert came to inspect. “Poor quality frame bed”

We bought a light wood double bed frame for our teenage daughter about 3 years ago. This weekend the frame collapsed on one side when she got into bed. Inspection revealed weak, flimsy construction and failure of a single piece of wood that supported one side of the bed and held up the slats.
