I had been sleeping badly and my daughter told me that as my bed was 30 years old I should get going. I wnet To Dreams in Bognor Regis on her advice. I was met by an excellent salesman who steered me round the showroom and I tried many matresses. My final choice was made and it was reduced. Brilliant. “NEVER TRUST DREAMS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF”

spent over 1500 on mattress and bed around two years ago, shortly after getting the mattress it was faulty the latex topper came away and the bed dipped servery on both sides, the only way to describe how it felt to sleep in was you felt you had to constantly hold yourself in a position as to not end up rolling out of bed, we had a technician who said after 6 months the dipping in the mattress was acceptable, it was 2mm off the 40mm tolerance!! after spending nearly £900 on a mattress we were… Read Full Review

I had a similar problem with the Zen Revitalise I think it is called. It was heaven for the first few months. But after 7 months it dipped severely. I got an engineer in and it was just a few mm off of being over the tolerance. Got a nasty letter saying that if I wanted the mattress inspected again I would have to pay for the engineer to come. On the plus side - I see that a lot of Dreams stores are being closed down. I am not surprised. Avoid

Bought a bed and mattress and told by sales manager that it came with a 20 year guarantee on both items. Spent £3000 and bed delivered. Went to register 'guarantee' and was told it was only for the mattress and and was for 10 years descending in value. Many phone calls later we have our guarantee in writing but had to fight for it. WENT TO BUY A BED I FOUND ON THE INTERNET, AT MY LOCAL STORE. WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT FOR EVERY NIGHT USE, BUT THEY HAD A SIMILAR BED THAT WOULD DO THE JOB. “Miss sold a mattress”

We recently brought a tempur cloud 22 deluxe mattress. However dreams delivered us an old discontinued tempur model, in the hope we wouldn't realise! When confronting the store they admitted to miss selling it, but dismissed any suggestions of replacing it and sending us the mattress we actually tried out in store. “Amazing Customer Service”

Ordered a bed and received all delivery instructions. It was explained that I would receive a call on the morning of delivery to inform me of my time slot for delivery. I received this call before 8.30 am as explained and was informed 9.30-11.30am. My bed was delivered at 9.45am by two very polite and professional delivery men. “Pillow ”

I recently purchased a pillow from Dreams, although the pillow was good for 2-3 months after a few washes the material inside became very hard and almost crunchy. “AWFUL - I would NEVER buy a bed from Dreams again”

We ordered our bed from Dreams at the end of October worth over £1000 and were told that it would be in the depot on 15th November and we should call then to arrange delivery. We paid for the bed in full on 29th October. When we called on 15th Nov we were told that the bed had arrived but needed to be logged and we needed to call back. We purchased a new bed from the Dreams range and it was delivered on the agreed date and carried to the room and assembled. After 30 days we felt that we required a slightly softer mattress so we contacted Dreams After Sales team and arranged a "swop" for a softer mattress although this was more expensive. “Dreams - A Joke Company with a fake Price Promise...”

Well.....I rarely write reviews of my experiences with companies but this was so frustrating that I had to warn others. Firstly, my situation was that I had previously bought a mattress and bed from Dreams 5 years ago, and I took out the extra 10 year warranty at the time. Placed an order for bedroom furniture online back in October. The delivery company called last week to arrange delivery but only had one of the items so I rang Dreams to enquire what had happened. They promised to get back to me that day or day after. They didn't. “Sleep at last”

We bought a mattress which turned out to be totally unsuitable. We had to appeal to the better nature of Dreams as we had passed the Comfort Guarantee deadline and we desperately wanted to return it. We struggled a bit at first to get anyone to help us. We found a Dreams employee who was willing to listen. Our experience in Wolverhampton Dreams store was the worst we have ever had with any company. First of all, when we bought our bed we asked to deliver it in a few days and paid £40 for that. I spent around 1300£ in store for 2 mattresses. I bought Zen Rejuvenate Pocket Spring mattress from Store.We bought Rejuvenate after lying on the instore mattress and finding it to be comfortable. I bought a kingsize bed last year, from a North of Ireland shop, had the bed a few months when things started going wrong,everytime you turn in the bed it creaks and thumps, it sounds like a 90 year old bed. We purchased a divan bed from Dreams in February 2012. We spent £1000 on the mattress alone. After having it a few months we noticed there were dips in the bed that didn't disappear. I am 8.5 stone and my husband is 13 stone so not overweight. We had taken out the 10 year warranty and called dreams who sent out an inspector. Ordered Bedroom furniture 11 weeks ago and paid £2233 in full on ordering,And still waiting! been told three times it's on the ship (It's from Germany)been into the Oxford store and they tell us it's on the way.
