My car was repaired at the Ilkeston branch. I was overwhelmed with the understanding and caring of the staff. They made both me and my husband feel a lot better and explained exactly what was going to happen. Even down to how we would get there, and did we need a car. We did have a hire car as I'm disabled and need a vehicle to get around. We were very upset as we had only had the car a few days. Norwich Nationwide repair My adapted vehicle had to be repaired through a no fault of my own bash. The dent took over three weeks to repair although it was a festive period so can understand and the actual bodywork was put back like new and very pleased with that work. We have received a full report from the centre manager and are able to confirm that the tailgate ramp was disconnected during repairs, which was then not reconnected when the repairs were completed. We reconnected the power supply but the tailgate was very slow to operate. We then contacted the adaptation company who informed us that if the battery was not in good condition it would cause this to happen. The manager is aware that you were not informed of this problem until we spoke to you on 13th Jan and is aware that this is not acceptable and that we should have informed you before then. He has tried to call you to apologise in person but was unable to reach you so has asked if we could forward on his apologies to you. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and accept that we should have communicated with you better. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused you and would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and assure you that we have addressed the issues internally to avoid similar instances in the future.

My car was repaired due to a non-fault accident. From beginning to end the service was outstanding. I was provided with named staff who would be in touch with me. All staff involved were professional, courteous and experienced. Customer care was first rate. A joy to deal with from start to finish. Fantastic job done on our car after being hit in a car park. My car was reversed into in November and their insurance company arranged within 2 days to get my car to the Nationwide Repair Centre in New Milton. I took my car there before Christmas so they could take photos and extra notes, everything seemed fine. on 22nd dec I sent my car to have replacement window repaired of os rear and os rear quarter. on 11/1/17 got call car finaly ready. arrived.all repairs not done. plus dints on bodywork where there wasn't any when they took it.billed for work not done,and damaging car NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL. already sent car back to do repairs that was BILLED for and NOT done.
ALSO to do damage done WHILE IN YOUR CARE.
it wad a mokka d64kux at your lpool branch.
I will never recommend your firm to anyone.
even the sheet that you had showing damage was doctord on your copy and clear on my copy, THINK THEY CALL THAT A COVER UP.
if it wasn't a mobility car I would demand a refund of my excess of £100 I had to pay.

here we are yet again,15.01.17 . I try to find out whats the situation on repair using tracker, and it doesn't even show car is in for repair.
the Liverpool branch I have found very un satisfactory,
they know they did damage while in there care,and billed for jobs NOT done the first time.
no quality control,no customer satisfaction.

Mine was returned after three weeks with damage to the internal door panel and the spare wheel and jack had been used for another car, I was told today by the head office, when I take my car back for the errors in the paintwork to be sorted out if it is still not correct I will have to take it to another repairer and pay for a report to be done!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Reception staff were very pleasant, I was kept informed of the progress of my repair throughout and my car was actually ready and dropped off two days earlier than expected, having also been cleaned inside and out. I accidentally left my work laptop in the boot of the courtesy car and staff were quickly able to confirm this and hold it for me safely until I was able to collect it.
