“Great service, would use again”

Minor accident after hitting black ice caused dent in wing and tracking seriously out. After speaking to my insurance company I was passed straight through to the Bradford branch of nationwide and within 3 hours my car had been collected and courtesy vehicle left. Had regular updates and repair done earlier than expected. Only down fall was courtesy car (vauxhall corsa) as cost same as my free lander to run and very slow but I'm just being picky. “Portsmouth Centre”

Although my car was eventually repaired to a high standard I was given the run around my the highly incompetent and rude reception staff, who persistently gave me a different story as to why my car wasn't ready. In the end, I was given a managers number as this was the only way to be kept up to date with the truth. (Kings Norton branch, Birmingham) Just a note to say I am very pleased with the repair done by the Birmingham branch to my red Suzuki Splash after a recent accident. A really good job, can't see where the damage was. Just got my car back from Nationwide Centre in Swindon. Excellent job repairing a dent in my car door and sorting a few "supermarket bumps". Done to agreed timescales and the people I dealt with  were courteous and professional throughout. “Terrible worst place iv ever been ”

I had my bran new car repaired at the one in norwich, after I was smashed into causing front end damage. After being fixed I had to return 3 more times as my front sensors would constantly beep when nothing was Infront of me, constantly they told me there wasn't an issue and possibly they would just need turning on and off. Nationwide came and picked up the damaged car promptly and were very friendly, it was obvious that the person picking up the car really enjoyed his job and more importantly listened to my concerns about the damage. The car was taken away, at this point all I knew was the collection person was really nice and polite. I have received a comprehensive report back from the manager of our Sheffield centre and it appears that you have experienced a number of avoidable issues with your repairs, for which I sincerely apologise on behalf of Nationwide. According to our records we did carry out a mini valet on your vehicle and we did put in some fuel. I am sorry if you felt this was not sufficient. I understand we have a new mirror for your car which will be fitted for you. The manager of our Sheffield centre, Mark is keen to ensure we get everything sorted for you as quickly as possible so if you wish to discuss these or any other issues, please contact him in the first instance. “Absolutely shocking service from Norwich!!”

crashed my car on 29th January and it's still not been repaired properly 5 weeks later, this despite turning up twice to collect my car having been told it's been through QC & signed off by a manager. If rom fitting the front bumper correctly to removing a scratch on the A pillar & wing mirror. Paint on front bumper has contaminants under the paint as well. I wouldn't trust this place to paint a ceiling yet alone paint my car… Read Full Review

I have spoken to the manager of our Norwich centre and he has accepted that the final checks and clean were not up to the usual standard and so we are resolving these issues for you. I understand that due to the fact that your vehicle has been through a hedge the damage was not isolated to one area of the car which made the checks more difficult than normal. That aside, the team were aware and so should have taken this into account when carrying out their checks. Please accept my apologies on behalf of Nationwide for the fact that you had these issues and the associated inconvenience.
