Really upset with how long and complicated it is to revive my phone through your Insurnace. I haven’t had my phone for 2 weeks now. If I had gone through my provider we would have had it in a couple days and as soon as I receive a new contract we will be going through my provider. Really disappointed. Every time we send documents to your email that you have asked for you ask for different documents or you say no these wernt correct please send this, if it wasn’t so complicated in the first place we would have sent the right documents. Really not happy and definitely won’t be using your company again.

Just insured my Galaxy S10 plus with insurance 2 Go for the first time, just giving my 2 cent on the process, Very easy to insure process is pretty simple no complicated stuff to go through so far so good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! MULTIPLE FAULTY REPLACEMENTS Absolute sham to deal with when you make a claim. Phone stolen, reported etc. Sent faulty replacements 3 times, nearly 2 months on and still don’t have a replacement phone that actually works. 2 x faulty phones the touch screen kept freezing so uselsss, third kept cutting off my calls so was also useless. Promised collections and delivery that never happen so have wasted many days waiting in. Been on the phone to them so many times it’s ridiculous! Can only ever speak to a line manager rather than someone who is actually able to make decisions. So many assurances made and none have been met. Waiting on another collection of the third faulty phone they have sent me as didn’t collect yesterday. Absolutely had enough now! So much for taking out insurance to “get me back to same position as before phone stolen” their quote.

Sham company. Insured my phone via Insurance2go, a partner of City Main Administrators Limited and Loyal Insurance Services Ltd. When I made a claim they sent me a faulty refurbished phone. When I contacted them their tried to tell me that they are not officially authorised by to refurbished phones and what that reason use alternative companies to repair their phone and more than that do not use genuine iPhone parts, which automatically voids official apple warranty. Would NOT recommend to use them at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PARTNERS.

First they sent my phone back to me broken as before so I sent it back. Five days later nothing. They will not respond to any communication at all and when I speak to them which is ridiculous...they said they'd call me to give me a daily update...on what I don't have the phone...they do!!! OMG so they said they'd email...nothing obviously as that would mean good customer service. No phone for two weeks now. Gutted. I dread to think what will happen next.

Don’t bother taking mobile insurance with this company. I phoned to check if screen repairs were covered, which they are if you’re prepared to send your phone to London with no offer of a replacement. When I cancelled the claim and paid for the repair myself at a local shop I was not advised that it would cause problems with any future claims if I did not ask for repair receipt, report or warranty. A year later after renewing my policy my microphone stopped working. I took the phone to Apple who wrote a report saying that it couldn’t be fixed and that a replacement handset was the only option. My claim is going nowhere without a repair report & warranty for having the screen replaced. Not worth the money.

Great company to deal with, we took out the premium option, had an accident with our phone, in 2 days we were back up and running again, cant rate them highly enough.

I do not recommend completely disappointed, I waited for 40 days to replace the phone. Communication is very slow, do not answer your emails, do not answer you specifically avoid answers. The phone I have received is not new and seems to have some problems with the network plus it's scratched. Avoid !!

My daughter loss her iphone while on holiday got no insurance no replacement. Lesson learnt, I want to thank Insurance2go so happy to received my phone. I would recommend this to my friends and relatives. just a little bit of suggestion the packing need some protection to the screen, a bubble wrap will do for safe delivery.

I had my original out of the box iPhone for 13 months of a 24 months contract, before it had taken one 2 many drops and the screen gave up and smashed. Claimed from insurance2go and cliamcity and got the screen replaced. 3 days later I sat on the bed and the phone slid off. Screen cracked. So I had to claim again. 2 weeks later, today 27/5/17 I've been for a jog with the phone in my arm holder. Got home to find the screen cracked. I phoned up to complain about the quality of the refurbishments and all they said is I have to make another claim. I'm defiantly paying more and getting new replacements going forward. The refurbishments form here appear in my option cheap in order to keep you claiming to justify the cheap policy coast!!

Just insured my iPhone 7 and is the first mobile insurance I have ever had. Given the cost of the iPhone thought it prudent. The website is easy to navigate and the sign-up is effortless. Great service, great price and as easy to purchase as 1,2,3
