    There needs to be a fairer system for equiping clients with booked lessons no one will be happy paying to queue.

    birthday party 12/1/08 and had been advised when booking in nov 07 that luge would be for sole use of my childrens party. disappointed that other people were on the luge at the same time and told that i was given wrong info. i would note of booked party if i knew others would be on luge. not much fu ...

    Planned to take my grandchildren tubing on 12/1/08. I rang them to book tickets and was told that they are only open for parties at weekend. There is nothing in their literature or web site explaining this.

    Should improve the layout of the front desk and the staff manning it. Make sure you book over the phone. Skiing experience itself was great but the right ski lift was forever breaking down, thus creating huge queues for the left lift.

    Very very dissapointed,we took a party of children aged 12/13 years of age and the whole experience I would not recommend. From start to finish the outing was over priced,disorganised and the kids food was a very poor standard.
