Ordered flowers for Mothers day, Friday delivery . Turned up on the Wednesday .Ok, not a real problem. At least they arrived. Mum rang to thank me. By Friday they had all died! When she rang me to tell me she said that there were only 7 flowers in the bouquet! 7??? for £20??? I could have bought more at ASDA and driven the 180 miles to personally deliver them for that price! “It doesn't even deserve a star at all!!! Horrible service!”

I ordered flowers thursday night, so I assumed they'll be sent out by friday. Which was also confirmed by a staff named [name removed] via email, saying my order will be dispatched friday. Well im still trying to get through i suggest ppl ring this number as its cheaper than the 0844 number 02088479420 i got through 3 hours later after being on hold for ages only to be told your flowers will still turn up i ordered thursday for saturday delivery had to buy more chocs n flowers cost me alot less than this ripoff company the flowers are still at royal mail rotting they can stick them where the sun dont shine

Tried that other number and suprise suprise no joy..... register a complaint C.A.B have assured me this will get passed on to trading standards and if enough people complain they will also have to investigate along with Watchdog.... GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Looks like we all fell for this company i ordered friday at 2.30 got a email back to say delivery would be saturday the 9th thought this would be great as my car broke down and my mum would still get flowers from me.But nothing arrived and still today nothing arrived not at all happy no answer from email so will attempt to ring tomorrow but as everyone else has had no joy i probably wont either in future will find a way to deliver flowers myself!!! Contact Watchdog I have... they have been under investigation before I think they need another visit.......exactly the same as you I hope you have taken photographic evidence...flowers arrived 3 days late on the Saturday and were dead by Sunday ...the roses were all curled up and gone brown very pathetic looking WE MUST ALL CONTACT WATCHDOG

I know its shocking. I did manage to speak to someone yesterday and ended up losing my temper. They basically said that they don't guarantee delivery and they don't deliver on the weekend because they use Royal Mail - this was not mentioned on their website. To date the flowers have still not turned up. I have asked for a refund because I told them that we would not accept delivery now for the flowers and balloon to which I was told I would not get a refund for at least 3 weeks as the flowers would need to be returned back to Holland. It is an absolute disgrace and getting into conversation with them over this left me absolutely raging mad!! The customer service is shocking.

This company really should be closed down. They are just taking people's money with no care or regard.

I want to complain to Watchdog as I feel so strongly about this!!

“Rip off”

Flowers were for my mother for mothers day and they were delivered on the wrong day (Saturday 9th) and no one was home for delivery so now the flowers are sat at Royal Mail's parcel centre rotting because this company let me place an order for Sunday delivery knowing full well they don't do it. It was my own fault for not checking but had the website not let me enter 10th for the delivery date I would have gone elsewhere.
