I ordered some flowers with chocolates from Bloomin Delightful for my anunts 80th birthday which cost me about £24. I very rarely see her but thought it would be a nice gesture. “Very Very Misleading!”

I purchased an order with this company today believing it would be delivered today! The ad is very cunning in respect that they really make it look like your going to get delivery on the same day for free. How sucked in was i ! “The worst shopping experience ever!”

I ordered some flowers from Bloomin Delightful for a special occasion on Friday afternoon, with delivery due on the Monday. I had no email confirmation of the order which concerned me. Ordered a delivery for a specific date and once ordered and emailed received it showed it could take 1-2 days. So contacted them and they said it wasn't going to arrive today due to the order time. So why allow you to pick a date thats not a possible delivery date. I was contacted by Review centre too asking for me to e-mail samantha because "as a company who take customer service & negative comments very seriously they were very concerned to hear my comments. Thought this was very ironic, given I had sent approx 10 e-mails to them over the last 10 days, while waiting for the flowers (which were completely poxy when they did arrive!) and the hadn't replied, other than standard t&cs balony. I have contacted trading standars, watchdog & a solicitor also as I am absolutely furious! and I too don't believe for one minute that this is a genuine review!

I'm disappointed to say bloomin terrible and their employees are investing too much energy trying to discredit genuine complaints, rather than proactively trying to improve their customer service and the customer experience. Shocking! Don't bother contacting her. She throws t&c's down your neck and makes any angry customer ready to explode. They shouldn't be in business.

Exactly the same thing happened to me but I have saved all my emails, invoice and photos of the shabby flowers sent with emails going back and forth to Samantha and Manager@ and the owner....didn't want to know .... and if they don't believe these reviews are real THEN PUBLICLY CHALLENGE US!!!!!!!!!!

After my solicitors e-mail to bloomin awful, guess what?? An immediate offer of refund! Had they just done that originally I would of accepted that & put it down to bad experience. However they ignored e-mails & spouted t&c's about perishable items blah blah blah, so no deal to the refund, will see them in small claims court!

Bloomin delights asked the review centre to ask me to contact someone called Samantha at bloomin as I put a negative review ( see bloomin terrible review). The review centre said that samantha wanted to resolve my complaint. When I contacted her she was throwing terms and conditions down my neck about the small print. I told her I was confused as I thought she wanted to resolve the issue. She said she didn't and just wanted to check my complaint was genuine. She reckoned that there was loads of false reviews on here, which I don't believe as I know how poor they are. I told her I have complained to trading standards and citizens advice. She then said trading standards had approved her terms and conditions. Shocking customer service. I'm even angrier now!

I was contacted as well I didn't contact Samantha as my solicitors are dealing with them so I didn't want to have to deal with them again after months of harassment because my bank refunded. I believe every negative review on here is 100% genuine after dealing with them and seeing them on watchdog!

I have contacted trading standards & a solicitor about this "company" and have also made sure that my facebook & twitter is plastered with negativity about them.

I also logged a complaint on the BBC Watchdog website, which I thoroughly recommed everybody do, as they have apparently appeared on there before!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum on 27th March 2013. Nine days later and various emails to Blooming Delightful, the flowers arrived at their destination. Rubbish service, no communication, they managed one email per day in reply to mine and kept asking questions which they knew the answer to and which could have been asked all at the same time, obviously they were stalling for time. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered Flowers and a balloon for my friends 30th they didn't arrive on the day requested, have tried calling but no answer. I have emailed but get a bounce back reply. Website didn't except the 10% discount code I put in either. I am gutted spent over £30 with this company and feel very let down. They won't let you cancel, says in their T&Cs that as a perishable item, cancellation in not allowed. I ordered flowers last thursday 28th, website showed delivery on Friday 29th,....guess what? still no flowers! Most digusting company I have ever had the misfortune of coming across and like you, wish I'd done some research too. I have been in contact with CAB & trading standards and there is currently a letter from my solicitor en route to them...not that they'll care! How on earth are they still allowed to trade??

Very angry. Review centre contacted me today saying Samantha from 'Bloomin Terrible', opps I mean 'Bloomin Delightful' wanted me to email her to resolve this issue. I emailed her with my complain letter and various emails I had from the Company. She replied back throwing terms and conditions down my throat. Snap!! exactly the same thing happened to me. Never answer the phones, simply sent an e-mail saying we apologise but our t&cs state we don't deliver on bank holidays & you can't cancel an item for a perishable item such as flowers. Spent a further £25 on alternative flowers (which by the way, were delivered within 2 hours of order!!). Well I won't let this lie, have been in touch with CAB & trading standards and a letter from my solicitor is en route! Appalling company.

This company are a disgrace!!! Website promises same day delivery if ordered by 5pm or next day if after 5pm. Ordered last Thursday 28th March at 5.05pm for delivery on Friday 29th (date their website defaulted to). “Happy valentines”

I ordered flowers for valentines day for my girlfriend they arrived at 530pm on the 15 feb day late she refused theses I rang up on 16 demanding my money back. It is now 6weeks in and I am still trying to get my refund, I got told 1week ago that I was getting it back but no joy I have spent hours on the phone to these idiots but I am not giving up.
