We used CWCS in the past years, The service we received overall has been excellent throughout! It has been such a pleasure to work with all the friendly customer services team and technical support team. 99% up time and very quick respond! Highly recommended no matter you are a small re-seller or a large company they are simply fantastic! I agree with the poster below, there are way too many 5 star reviews on here. The customer service team/technical support are a joke - even basic dns issues take several emails/days to clear up most of the time they dont have a clue.... and often you will find that these guys have a major chip on their shoulder...very poor indeed. We've had a dedicated server with CWCS since 2007 and during that time we've enjoyed near-perfect uptime. On the rare occasion we have to contact CWCS their staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. CWCS are quite simply the best hosting company for customer service and support, we have used a number of hosting companies over the last 12 years and no other company we have used can compare to them. It's the customer services, the speed of resolution which really set this this hosting company apart from many others i've used in the past. The overall attitude is can-do and the customer services are quite knowledgable. I used their ticket system to log a problem last night at 8:43pm and it was resolved by 9:01pm, no phone call needed.

I assessed a range of Data Centres when looking to co-locate a client's servers into a DC. CWCS came out on top price-wise - but that wasn't the only factor in choosing them. They were very upfront when I came to visit - and the pricing was very clear.

The support team are extremely helpful, can't fault them, friendly, patient and solved most of the issues I had when setting up some of the services, and helping me acclimatise to the new server. The system itself is very well set-up and user friendly. Easily modifiable and serves the purpose as advertised. Definite 10/10 for service, reliability and ease of use.

This is my second time with CWCS, I was tempted away but you only know what good looks like when you've experienced bad. So I went back pretty quickly to CWCS. Their strenght is tech support, 24/7. Mine is a complex site with dlls for pdf and user uploads and a mysql database so it is hard to initialise on a new server but for that and other tech issues along the way - CWCS tech support always pull their underpants on over their trousers and get things moving. I and my customers have used CWCS Hosting for since the late 90s and have found the service to be excellent. I particularly like the fact that I can speak with someone straight away if needed. They also make a point of getting back to you if needed.
I used to run a dedicated server with CWCS and that was up for years, except when I rebooted it for maintenance. There have been some rare network issues with attackers targeting websites they don't like, but if MasterCard and Amazon aren't immune… Read Full Review

Was called by someone at the company and asked to leave my opinion on here.
CWCS are the host i have decided to settle with after a string of bad experiences with other big hosts. They are local and my experience with them has been pain free and everything was fine while i was hosted with them through a reseller.
They were helpful in setting up an account for me when my reseller stopped trading, and the techies always respond quickly and have solved any problem i have had quite quickly.

Had lots of problems with them, and would certainly not recommend them. They originally advertised Windows Server 2008, once it was set up it turns out they gave us the Web edition, which was useless for us. They also advertised a faster processor than what they commissioned for us, and we had to insist on the faster core before they relenting and "upgraded" us to what they had advertised. We have had two dedicated servers with CWCS over the past few of years. The first became unreliable after a year or so. The second has been excellent and we have had no down time worth mentioning for over a year. They gave us plenty of time to migrate all of our clients domains from the old server to the new one which was helpful and Plesk makes this task relatively easy, especially since many of our clients have MySQL DB's, unique IP's and SSL Certificates which would be a real chore to… Read Full Review

CWCS's technical support has proven over the last three years to be consistent both in the speed in which they respond to queries and the quality of advice and action provided in resolving technical issues, no matter how minor or complex. This applies 24/7 including holiday periods. 95% of queries are resolved by email which avoids costly telephone support.

I am an experienced web developer and have a fairly good knowledge of web servers and these are my thoughts on the company after quite a number of years.
CWCS hosting staff have a bad attitude and I have often received snotty messages back, they say 24/7 support but it seems to go to some guys mobile and he often sounds very tired. If you contact them at weekends they can take 3 hours or more to respond.

Seem to have a quite a bit of down time and changes are sometimes made causing issues without warning. They don't seem to have and redundancy set up so when a problem does occur everything goes down at once.
