I have always found the guys at CWCS to be on the ball. The value in a service provider such as CWCS is in how they respond to issues. They are first class in this respect. You speak with a human being that can also understand your accent. Strangely this is important when calling from Glasgow, Scotland. I am a developer, and so my dealings with CWCS are on behalf of my clients. So I haven't paid CWCS a penny - but I get the service that any paying customer would be very happy with. The response times for support requests are usually very fast indeed. Most issues are dealt with in just a few minutes, or even less! We have only recently cut over our services from a US based hosting company providing us service through a 3rd party useless intermediary (aka reseller). The process was professionally handled by CWCS, their staff are actually on call 24/7 as stated and frankly speaking its refreshing to be able to speak with someone who has the proper level of technical know how to assist. “A private individual, treated like valued corporate...”

I'm just a private individual who likes to have his own web site. Somehow, my website became compromised and was listed by search engines as dangerous. Extra code had somehow found it's way to my home (index) page pointing to a Russian site which wanted to install a root kit exploit. I'm no expert, but very security concious. “Customer for over 10 years and they are worse each year!”

We have beena customer of CWCS for over ten years. At the start they were very good, support was helpful and we were happy with the service. Over the past three years this has deteriated greatly. They are hard to reach by phone, any dept billing or support. Support calls are not answered and when you are a reseller this matters as your client is chasing you. I would say if you want hosting to resell then go elsewhere, we are moving ours as this service is now so bad… Read Full Review

Many thanks for posting this review of your experience of CWCS, it is a shame that you have remained anonymous as I would have liked the opportunity to address your dissatisfaction against the services we offer here at CWCS personally. However in response I would like to stipulate that we as a company look to deliver excellent customer service and allow the customer to really appreciate the fantastic personal experience at all times. I find it hard to accept that we are hard to reach by phone, we have a 24/7/365 manned operation based here in the UK and whilst I appreciate that there can be times when the call volumes can be high, we monitor this on a daily basis. We have introduced new methods of contacting our support team which now include free calls via Skype and you only have to read the other reviews which are not anonymous and hopefully give a true reflection of our services. If however the person who wrote the review would be prepared to make themselves known, then please email me directly nclarke@cwcs.co.uk and as stated I will look into and address any issues you have personally.

I think that the knowledge there is someone around 24/7 gives the security and confidence we needed and CWCS have certainly proved they are there whenever we need them. We've had email responses within 10 minutes and problems solved within that time at 3am!
