We have just transferred our Church website over to Host Presto! with their support team doing all the work as our office staff are non-technical. The migration was completed speedily, without fuss within a couple of days

I decided to use Hostpresto after looking for a new service. I did a lot of reading reviews and forum posts of various hosting companies and I came to the conclusion that Hostpresto were the best. Since October 2014, I have not been disappointed, the service and support are exceptional. I would certainly recommend Hostpresto, based on my own experience.

I came here yesterday knowing nothing about web hosting, I had a nice chat with live support, I think his name was Mark, he was amazing, he took me through each step to transferring my domain, uploading the files and connecting to the website, he even told me what some things mean. I rate Host presto 6/5. The packages are really, really cheap as well and the website is very comforting, welcoming and easy to navigate through.

I joined HostPresto after having an awful time at my old host, i can only say i wish i found them sooner. I've not had a single problem with the hosting, and the queries i've had have been delt with fast, efficiently and personally. The hosting is really quick, and it was simple to get going and upload my site. I've since setup email on my iPhone and kept it in sync with my desktop - now i don't know how i lived without it! Keep up the good work, guys!

I joined HostPresto a few weeks ago. So far i've been throughly impressed, not at all what i was expecting considering the reasonable price. The servers are fast, and the control panel very easy to use, which is great as i'm not really a techie. I've had to contact support a few times, someone responded and was really helpful, told me exactly what i needed to know and more. Wouldn't have a problem recommending them to anyone, they've been great.

I have already wrote a one star review about HostPresto (Dream-hosting back then - they renamed themselves) here but HostPresto claimed it wrong and removed. I didn't bother to argue with HostPresto since I still was their client. I moved to a good reliable service now and almost forget about that horrible experience of being their client but the last email from them irritates me again. Email subj: "This is a notice that a recent credit card payment we attempted on the card we have registered for you failed." For god sake HostPresto! I did not ask you to charge my card! I did not set up any kinds of autopayments neither! I just want to forget about HostPresto service like about a nightmare. HostPresto service is irritating, intrusive rubbish! 1. 24/7 support is a lie. When I asked one while your 99.99% up time service lay down again, I got an answer in the next morning that 24/7 is only for more expensive options - not for me. Why? 24/7 for everyone is still written on your website. 2. Every time I address to HostPresto with my problems - HostPresto told me to upgrade. I was stupid and I did upgrade once with no results - it wasn't enough for HostPresto, I still needed to upgrade. Yes my website is big but it complied with HostPresto specifications which wrote you, not me. 3. 99.9% Uptime Guarantee is a lie - it isn't working in winter 2013-2014 for 30 minutes in about 11am every other week. We so get used to it that planned a coffee break for that time. The answer were the same - upgrade. Why me? You need to upgrade! There were several times we couldn't access even HostPresto website to submit a ticket. In March there were another failier then we couldn't access any your services for several hours and moved to a professionals. 4. When I asked to refund my money at least for forthcoming months I was told off. Soon after I got a message that they renamed themselves from Dream-hosting to HotPresto. We pay the same now and double our audience and we do not need to upgrade any more. I still keep all the service tickets and server logs and won't let you to remove this review. And please do not try to charge me again I'll sue you! HotPresto is complete rubbish! Lev Levin

Service is very cheap and customer service are really helpfull BUT The hosting seems to go down at lest 3 times a month. Last time it was down for an hour ALL of my customer sites / emails and even the hostpresto site was offline. No messages - no sorry nothing I'll be moving away soon :)

I have been working as a freelance web designer since 2012 and have used Dreamhosting from day one. Their customer service and support is second to none and would like to personally thank the person from sales and the person from support for all there help and patience. An excellent company all round!

We're so happy to have come back to Dream Hosting. We were with another web host which had a huge number of staff with live chat. That's fine, but I'm not sure whether all of them had the necessary expertise. They seemed to give standard answers which not always hit the target. Anyway, we had to leave them because we lost several days of sales as various problems were not solved and seemed to be insolvable. With Dream Hosting we really get the expert support needed. They're an excellent service and we certainly recommend them!

I can only express my complete satisfaction with Dream Hosting. I am basically a novice and have cause to rely heavily on the advice and support that has been forthcoming from DH staff. I admire and appreciate their endless courtesy and patience. I have had nothing but a totally professional service from their staff, and especially value their promptness. When I have been unable to perform certain operations, they have willingly come to my assistance and always seen me right. I can unhesitatingly vouch for the professionalism of DH staff - thay have been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

I have been using Dream-Hosting for 6 years now I have hosted upwards of six different domains and never once have I experienced downtime. This is not the main reason I stay with them though...I stay because of the excellent customer service I receive. I get answers at all times of the day 24/7, usually within a few minutes. During working hours I use the live chat facility and usually have my query resolved in just a few minutes. The pricing is also very attractive, how can you get such a good service for such a small fee? Beats me, but they come up trumps every time. Well done guys, I will remain a loyal customer and will continue to recommend you. Thanks
