“Mid term change of bike insurance ”

“Cheap but inept”

“Robbing customers blind”

I'll keep it short. I had a policy (paid in full) that ran for just over 3 months. Upon cancelling the policy MCE kept 3/4 of the premium through various "charges". I never had to claim so I don't know what they are like, maybe they are a grade above the rest, but based on my experience I wouldn't want to be relying on MCE to handle a claim.
