have had no problem to date, have used MCE Motorcycle Insurance for 4 years with my bikes and last year they saved me £300 on my car ,cheapest quote from go compare was £900, fortunately i have not had to make a claim so cant comment on the after sales service

My son got insurance from MCE 03/12/08 for £256, they were told that my son would probably be taking his car test and may cancel when he had and was told he would get a refund. He phoned them at the end of may 09(6 months)and was told to put it in writing. He waited 6 weeks and received nothin ...

MCE Motorcycle Insurance is a total joke, gave me a price one day that I paid for that day, then called me the day after so say the excess had increased and then wondered why i wanted to cancel

Terrible customer service. They take on average 15-30mins to answer the phones. You get redirected to different departments constantly. Customer service representatives not trained properly in how to deal with customers!

MCE Motorcycle Insurance got my documents wrong and then wanted to charge me to ammend them. Because I wouldnt they terminated my insurance without telling me. POOR COMPANY

MCE Motorcycle Insurance were very helpful, got my policy within few hours ... cheapest rates.. always recommend to friend and family.

As I have laid up classics, MCE 'Bikers Home insurance' (house, contents & sorned bikes) seemed ideal, & at a good price. Spoke to the company that were taking over the house/contents policy earlier today, sounds like the Bikers Home ins policy has lead to many problems.

High admin fees.
Being charged £30 to update my address after moving (years policy was only £70).
Being charged £30 to cancel my policy- paperwork said I would receive 40% of my policy cost back if cancelled after 3 months, no refund, due to admin fee.
