My bank card declined payment as miss judged juggling my credit, I phoned up and was surprised how nice and pleasant the operator was. It was just the pick me up I needed after dreading having to make the call. She went out of her way to sort my problem out and I was very happy with the service enough for me to write a review, as I won't bother even with good service, but exceptional really deserves a bit of pay back. Always been available on the phone - nothing ever too much of a fuss or hassle. Whenever I've called for NCD proof or emails to be sent, have never had to chase them either. Review prompted today after customer service experience went really well (requested NCD proof on old policy) didn't fuss around with old policy numbers or silly things like that, straight forward and email has been received no less than 5 minutes later - who could complain?! “Great staff, shame about the product”

Just added a new bike to my policy. Firstly have to say that the lady I dealt with was first class, really helpful, polite and a good laugh as well. Almost made it worthwhile having MCE insurance. Unfortunately though, even great staff don't mean that this is the case, there are so many ways that they won't pay, the excesses are huge etc, that you just know you would never get a reasonable settlement. E.G. What's this about ? 'If it's at your home address, but not in the garage we won't pay'… Read Full Review

“Total Rip off!”

After i changed my job, they wouldn't let me change my payment date unless i cancel the policy. If my card don't go through they charge me £30 on top of my normal payment. Almost double what i would normally pay. How is this fair? Also very high excess on policy, hardly worth claiming. I asked to change to third party but they won't let me. I could end it and take out a new policy but need my bonus. Next time i will read the small print. Thought about cancelling after i took it out but they… Read Full Review

I could make this a very long post but I simply don't have the energy after months of hassle from this awful excuse of a company plus I don't want to waste a ton of your time reading this. I gave you a lot of time and many chances to sort this out. I contacted the third party insurer myself who resolved the issue within a couple of weeks. You being my insurance company and as I paid my premium to you, you should of done this for me.
