The thing always resets for me. Also Sony Ericsson's charge/earphones port is poor. I have had my phone for about 6 months and that pretty much doesnt work any more so it has a great music player that I can't use!!!
Charging - the piece has to be put in at pretty much a 45 degree angle.

Had my Sony Ericsson W910i for three days, but I'm sending it back becuse I do use the camera on my phone a lot, so I really do need a flash. I'm pretty loathed to part with it though, as it appears to be a 'user friendly' slim, light stylish phone!

good mp3 player, slim and stylish

I would not recommend the Sony Ericsson W910i phone at all, i have never had sony before but after having this phone i dont think i'l be getting another sony any time soon.

Crashes all the time. It should be removed from the shelves and not be sold.
I was so excited when I bought this phone, but now I regret it. It keeps failing, and I will never buy an SE again.
Therefore I do not recommend the Sony Ericsson W910i.

Its just great all round, it does all the mod icons and performs at its best.
Its an overall great phone to have especially for younger adults and adults in early stages in life
