It would be pointless to write my experience - I guess you all imagine what went wrong with my "guaranteed" next-day delivery (by the way I am still waiting for it...). I am not the first to pay for express delivery from HDNL and be dissapointed, amazong claim they tried to deliver the package, I was home all day not even a slip through the door from them. For the amount paid to have it delivered it is utterly discusting service. If at all possible do NOT use them, there are no good points to my experiance with them. 0 stars… Read Full Review

“Utterly Useless”

HDNL have rarely successfully delivered an item to me since I joined Amazon Prime. Despite living in a town centre location that every other courier is able to find without problem they routinely fail to deliver and concoct transparently false reasons in an attempt to explain themselves. When contacted their call centre staff are either indifferent or actively hostile which I suppose is due to the high volume of irate customers they have to deal with. Delivery from Amazon guaranteed for today (Saturday), item loaded onto van at 9.30AM locally according to the tracking - all looking good. Waited around all day, nothing turns up. “OUTRAGEOUS, Total liars!”

Having ordered a pair of shoes from the Office website on 1st of October, I finally received an email on 8th of October saying that they had been despatched. Clicked the links onto HDNL website to track my parcel and they were claiming that they had delivered on 3rd of October. it was not my choice, Amazon is using them for guaranteed delivery. so i assume if we want them to stop using HDNL stupid service we have to forget about Amazon or what ever other company that use HDNL as their carriers!

“Lies, damned lies and HDNL tracking status”

I'm not the first an won't be the last to state that HDNL are liars. It's bad enough that they fail to turn up and deliver when they are supposed to but the fact that they then mark the item as delivered, I assume to hit their delivery metrics, really offends me. In the last 7 years or so i'vehad cause to complain to Amazon 2 or 3 times about items going missing etc. sine joining Amazon Prime three months ago I've been on to them 5 times. “No delivery, worst custemer service ever ”

HDNL !!!! stay away. I missed delivey, but they did not leave missed delivery form. I called phone number that they have on their website, after waiting 15 min, they told me they could not access the building that’s why they could not leave the card (Never heard that one before; Every delivery service can Access to the building that is Lie). totally agree with you they said they delived my item and had a signuture i never signed or recieved any thing and if they left it with some one in my block they should have posted a card and they never worst delivery company ever

HDNL Claim to have delivered my Nephews Birthday present at 04:52, that's 8 minutes to 5 AM! Needless to say, they didn't. I've called amazon.co.uk who have done their best to try and track the item. HDNL have even lied to them, first they insisted it had been delivered, then said it was now on the delivery van and will be delivered today. “No delivery, lied on tracking info”

For 3 days now the parcel has been out for delivery. For the first 2 days was working on the car in driveway when delivery was said to be missed. No cards left in door to state missed delivery. 3rd day now states that there was a problem on route. What next? “Amazon lost a customer”

I have had awful problems with this company, on my last three orders from Amazon I had one claimed delivered which never was, one which went missing in the depot, and one which took them 7 separate delivery attempts to find me by which time I had given up and bought the item locally. On trying to return the item to Amazon it took another week of attempts by HDNL to find me again before Amazon finally gave up and sent City-Link to collect the next day. Wasted a day off work waiting for a guaranteed next day delivery, several calls to customer service and two re-arrangements, still no delivery. No reason given for loading the item into a van, driving around with it all day, then taking it back to the depot only to make the item delivered an hour later. “Terrible Service and no response to phonecalls”

HDNL are absolutely rubbish. They left no note to say they attempted delivery. They advised they had attempted delivery at a time when someone was in the flat to hear if they had buzzed. “UNBELIEVABLE”

I ordered goods on 26th August. Supposed to be delivery withing 15 days 25th September I rang company goods were ordered from, they said goods had been delivered on 7th Sept. When I looked into this further, the delivery driver was known in the area for signing for goods himself and keeping them until he was delivering PIZZAS in the same area!!!!! THEFT AND FRAUD. “Frustrating service”

I stopped ordering from Amazon and cancelled my prime subscription as we did not once get the items delivered on time. In one occasion the driver showed up nearly at 10pm a day after the parcel was supposed to be delivered.
