d experience , due to I did an order 1VDU-XROK-SAHJ-J an never arrived , I reclaim it on their email and told me that I won’t receive neither my package nor my money due to 30 days has passed and that my package never arrived due to they never put a destinatory. No one contacted me telling me about the issue , and it’s isn’t my fault they didn’t write my name in the package, all my details was correct when I did the order, if they’re employees did wrong it isn’t my fault , it has been 1 and half month now and no money, no package, no response! It’s not good

Parcel was chucked outside front door on an open plan garden. Absolutely shocking customer service. As soon as the words i want to return the item it became a ping email for reasons why they dont want it back. The min u open a box to look thats it you have no rights. Well im going to trading standards and will be using the consumer act as i have a right to return i told them the day it was delivered. Avoid this company at all costs there are a lot better more professional ones

I agree with the other experience that the customer service is diabolical! When I was buying something I did not realize the shipping address until the moment I received the proof of purchase and saw the address. Without wasting time, immediately, I sent them an email - since there is no telephone service - and the response was quick but with no intention to help the client: “We have requested to amend your order with the warehouse. However, please kindly be aware that once an order has been successfully placed on site the warehouse work very quickly to process the orders for dispatch. Once the picking and packaging process has started an order cannot be amended. This is a best endeavour request and we cannot guarantee that your order can be amended at this time.” I understood guys, however I am wonder: between receiving the email order verification, writing to them, and receiving this response, less than 15 minutes passed (I have the conversation of the emails). So I congratulate you for the speed of the service since I haven’t seen in my 47 years any service so fast in less than 15 minutes: receive email, review the order data, search for the items, check before send, pack and send it to the destination. How is it possible that within 15 minutes you can do all that? Are you kidding me? Also, there was no way to change the address because it was already sent? I kept sending several emails to see how we can solve it since I do not live there anymore, besides the place is very far from where I am living now -but no provision to fix it, or the intention to find an alternative, anything!! Result: today I received an email confirming that my order has arrived at its destination -which means, at the previous address that I no longer live there, and I don't know who lives there now! Thank you for the zero solution, loss of money, and giving the order to someone that I don't know even who he is. You are diabolical!

My item arrived faulty and I am now engaged in never ending requirements from the customer service including making photos and videos to make the process of my obligatory return rights impossible to follow. They are in violation of several commerce treaties and I will be perusing my rights through those commerce organizations and credit card fraud division. Make yourself a favor and find other retailers. There is plenty.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Goods never arrived and no refund just endless stories and excuses with appalling customer service from rude ignorant staff, really deeply unpleasant experience, Do not order from this shoddy company because it’s unlikely you will receive your order and you will lose your money, search reviews for this company and you will see what I mean

Don’t waste your money on Beauty Bay. I’ve ordered makeup over 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t been delivered yet. The delivery time was 5-7 days and they haven’t bothered finding out what happened or offered to send a new package. I haven’t received a refund either all I’ve gotten is bad customer service. They don’t answer the questions asked and keep sending the same standard copied messages. The company does not follow their own terms or rules and regulations for trade in U.K. as well as the EU. Beauty Bay have company policies are in breach of Consumer Rights. I don’t recommend this company and will never shop there again!

ordered £130 OF GOODS FOR CHRISTMAS AND WAS PROMISED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. 7 days later no goods. Beauty Bay say Hermes lost the parcel

Ordered product, said delivered on a Saturday to secure location . WAS NOT delivered so chased . Then said it was delivered on a Sunday through letterbox. Hermes website said don't deliver on Sunday's ?? Again checked, not delivered. Eventually on the Monday it was delivered and signed for by my son. IN short they lie about deliveries and Beuty Bay won't acknowledge ownership even though it's there carrier. Beauty Bay you can only contact via Messenger etc , the telephone number is not a human contact, so DONT bother. Then you order a special present through Beauty bay and they take payment. They hold on to your money and then state out of stock, 7 day refund and counting. In short STAY AWAY from this site Reviews say it all and that's the people who can be bothered to warn others STAY AWAY from this site

Awful company, the fact you cant actually ring and speak to anyone means if there is a problem (like i had) it doesn't get resolved and takes hours/days to get an online response which wasn't helpful at all. They show online there is a customer service line yet if you ring it its a recorded response saying to visit the website and fill in online form. The fact that Hermes delivers does not help as they are just as bad and obviously stole or mis-delivered my parcel ( so i never got it)! All beauty bay replied after telling me they would look into it and speak to driver was it was delivered through gates (which was on my delivery email anyway!) Dont waste your money on this company as you'll end up spending hours stressing and trying to communicate with them and them pushing you aside. Such a joke!

1 out of 5, reviewed on Dec 14, 2016 So where do I start, I ordered a few Christmas presents off the website, first time absolutely couldn't fault them, so I ordered some more Christmas presents (morphe palette, ABH stuff I got confirmation email that my parcel had be sent to the sorting hub, it's been 20 days, I tried to call them using the contact number it was out of use due to the High call volume, I emailed there customer service department asking where my delivery had got to, as they have deposited the money from my account. Still nothing 25 days in, I message them on Facebook posts and I also direct messaged them, I got a reply on the post which was generic and not st all personal, not even an apology. Day 27 I check the direct message that I sent to find they've only read it??? So as I go to send another direct message, they blocked me so I can't post anything on there Facebook site or anything. There customer service is absolute shambles. I work for compliance for customer journey excellence and I'm pretty sure, that is not how you treat your customers. I would absolutely not recommend at all in any way shape or form. If you are still swaying to buy through these, check out the comments on the postson facebook and instagram, you will change your mind instantly. I finally would like to point out that we are now Day 30 with no resolution, good going beauty bay, you truely are incredibly shocking. - I shall wait for this review to be taken down as You have with others, but don't worry I'll be sure to find him on linkdin

Awful company and avoid like the plague. First of all I would like to say that when I did eventually get a response from them they did sort out a refund for me and it got credited back the next day but there is absolutely no forms of communication available to enable people to contact them if there is an issue with orders. My order never arrived as apparently it was lost in the post but they did not bother to tell me. No phone number available to call them, they take days to answer emails and their live chat available on the website does not work. I waited 40 minutes to an hour on a couple of occasions and the online chat just gives out the same messages thanking you for waiting but there is obviously no one at the other end willing to chat. If you care about your money and what you spend it on do not buy anything from here. You will never get your goods then will have to walk over hell or high water to get a refund. Companies like this should not be able to getaway with treating customers so appallingly.

All is not as it seems on this Beauty Bay website. I got a makeup artists newsletter where she gave 105 off in an endorsement, I wanted a makeup brush drying tower so I got it along with what I thought was a Blue eyeliner advertised indigo blue, it turned out to be purple! Furthermore a red lipgloss sold as red and looked red on picture turned out to be clear pink! a carmel lip pencil was baby pink, a leave in conditioner turned out to be a rinse out one so there seems to be a pattern here. Two products arrived damaged, spray not working, they now want me to send them back despite telling me previously they would be happy to resolve without return. It took two weeks of non stop emails and phone calls to get this far, they do not have a working phone line, just recorded message to say they are not answering and to go to live chat, but there is no live chat option either! Who has the time? please be aware girls and shop on other beautry websites where you are valued as a customer and they actually respond to any concerns you have promptly. AVOID

I am really disgusted with the way Beauty Bay alter their reviews on their products. Almost all the products they sell have a positive 5 star rating which is completely fixed and is misleading the consumer. No way is every product they sell 5 stars. I purchased a product from them which was of such poor quality and I submitted a review to warn other consumers not to purchase such an awful product, however they chose not to publish it, which makes me sick, they are such a twisted company. Do not buy from them.

Wrong item sent, when I contacted them (by email only) I had to return the item and they told me that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock - shame they didn't tell me that before they took my money. It took 3 weeks to get confirmation they had received the returned item and I had to send a copy of the returns receipt, then they accused me of having used it so wouldn't refund me. They have now sent the item I ordered but I had already ordered it from somewhere else in the meantime. I raised a formal complaint and they basically told me they weren't going to review any further. Its taken a minimum of 2 days to get a response to any emails and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. Terrible company spend your money elsewhere
