“Absolutely appalled!! ”

Absolutely appalled!!

Apparently my card failed security checks, rang up customer services who told me it was because hey had no stock of on item. Changed the colour, still same error. Rang my card supplier who said there were not problems.
Offer ran out so Blacks wouldnt help.
Spoke to Nick Farrell ( Head of Customer Services) who is no help whatsoever, extremely rude and is working in the wrong job.
Emailed E Commerce director is hasnt responded yet.

It was best deal in the market at the time, but it has been delayed. I ordered stuff with Next day delivery service, nobody bodered to tell me it wont be next day. I phoned up customer service, lady on other end apologised and offered to cancel Next day delivery charge, but it has never happened. Customer service is only open until afternoon, nobody replies on Your online questions.

Yes, it is about service, because this is review of the shop, not product. But if You want to know about product, it's Berghaus C70 rucksack and it works ok. It should be better designed - when You try tu use full capacity, You cannot close it, because covers straps are too short. Apart of this - very comfortable and durable so far, although it missed main test, because it hasnt arrive on time.

Blacks usually have some very good sale items at great prices and I was tempted to buy a number of things recently. I have previously shopped there and would say the layout of the stores is a little confusing but the quality of goods is usually good. However, I would now say DO NOT USE them! I had to return a jacket which has a faulty zip and they refuse to refund my money (the jacket is only 14 days old).
