“Trainers were too big, but they would not exchange them”

I bought some Sergio Tacchni trainers online because they were cheap, size 11. Arrived and were more like size 12. Took them to the store in Leeds and the people there tried accusing me of wearing them, not a very polite way to talk to a customer, I felt like I was being looked upon as a fraudster.. After waiting 2 weeks to receive my overseas order the trainers arrived (nike air 2013) at last.....but on trying them on I noticed how one of the shoes felt.."flat & and felt different" on further inspection it was obvious they were faulty!!!! i.e. no air in the one sole! The customer service is awful I spent half hour on the phone to a man who was rude and sarcastic when i asked to be put through to a manager he just put me in the call queue. Its been weeks and still no refund of £110! Their whole system is flawed I would never order from them again. Ordered Nike Dual Fusion Trainers in size 6. When they arrived I got a size 5 and a size 6. This was my first order with JD Sports so didn't impress - all sports/shoe shops check this as a matter of course. Emailed customer services to ask if they would refund me the cost of returning items as faulty. Ordered a pair of trainers for my son for Christmas 4 weeks ago and was told 5 working days delivery, every time I have phoned to find out where the trainers are I keep getting told that there is a problem with the couriers and i can't have a refund as they don't know where my item is!!! I am so disappointed to be treated the way I have by such a well established company. I orded several items from JD sports and the parcel arrived promptly, one item was missing and this was acknowledged on the invoice, however trying to get my money/refund back for this one item that was out of stock is a whole other story! Ordered item in Jun-12 for store delivery & paid by paypal. Noticed these were the wrong size before I went to the store. I called and explained. I cannot tell you the pain I have just gone through placing an order online. The online order worked just fine - no problems with taking my money and confirming order.
