All nice as pie until they get you and then you are just a number on a list. I have suffered greatly with unwanted texts and they have done little to assist with solving the problem although they are more than happy to charge the earth for the service they provide...

They need to improve their network coverage so it isn't patchy.
I work and live in the same area so my phone has to work there - at moment may as well not have a mobile phone.

Very expensive package as I don't have the service I have signed up for!!!!

I've been with O2 for donkeys years and they offer great rates for loyal customers. Tariffs get more expensive if you want a (nice) phone or you're a new customer.

I had four phones on 02 select. They transferred one phone to ordinary 02 saying I was not spending enough money on the phone.
