Good easy and lots of things back, I top up 10 £ get 2 £back 4 topping up then i get 300 texts (worth 30 £) then i get 1mb internet (3 £) then i get 20mins of calls to o2 and landlines and i get rather unlimited texts between 7-8 or free voice mail or i get 5% of all calls ! ...

O2 is the best network I have been with. Great coverage with lots of 3G spots in the area. Quick, easy customer service and a pretty good repair service which my warranty covers.

Will wait until end of contract and will then cancel. Will not use O2 or carphone warehouse ever again either for contract or PAYG or even to buy accessories.

All nice as pie until they get you and then you are just a number on a list. I have suffered greatly with unwanted texts and they have done little to assist with solving the problem although they are more than happy to charge the earth for the service they provide...
