    I spent a week attempting to get 02 to fix a simple issue. Not only did they fail, there was little interest shown in my opinion.     Fantastic service, never had any problems with this network and would never consider changing. Have spoke to so many of my friends who are on other networks and not happy.     The only good thing about 02 is the network coverage. The network is too expensive to run and 02 does not offer good deals. The monthly option is worse in terms of how many text and minutes are being offered for so much a month. 02 has not even got enough phone to choose from for upgrade.

    They will do nothing to help you, they just want your money. Been on the phone with them over the past three days and got three different responses about the same issue. WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE???
