    Will wait until end of contract and will then cancel. Will not use O2 or carphone warehouse ever again either for contract or PAYG or even to buy accessories.

    All nice as pie until they get you and then you are just a number on a list. I have suffered greatly with unwanted texts and they have done little to assist with solving the problem although they are more than happy to charge the earth for the service they provide...

    They need to improve their network coverage so it isn't patchy. I work and live in the same area so my phone has to work there - at moment may as well not have a mobile phone. Very expensive package as I don't have the service I have signed up for!!!!
