I signed up to the O2 Simplicity tariff for 300 minutes + 600 texts + free O2 to O2 calls and I really think it's a good deal that is suitable to my needs.UK based customer service who are more than willing to help you and their admin of the service is good.I have signed up to their mobile broadband ...

I've been with O2 since early BT Cellnet days, and have to say the service has now declined to the point where I just can't be bothered with them anymore. Back in the good old days I had loyalty discounts, a new phone every year, preferential roaming charges and a fair number of other benefits that ...

I personally beleive 02 is really rubbish. I top up £15 and only get free calls and text to people on 02! RUBBISH! t-mobile: even though you only get unlimited texts, its to all networks. if 02 were to change the £15 tariff to unlimited to all networks, they would have probably been t ...

O2 has to be the worst of all the operators, I made the mistake of buying an Apple phone from them and signing up for a years contract, it has now been 5 months and I still can't make international calls or send or recieve texts when I'm abroard, I bought this phone as I need to get emails when I tr ...

When I came to UK I started with O2 based on my friends 'suggestion. After 2 years I changed to Orange and I should say that Orange has much better coverage.
Anyway, the more important problem of the O2 is that you can not cancel your contract with them. 3 month ago I sent them a letter to cancel; t ...

I just switched from T-Mobile to O2, and I have my own recent phone so used their SIMplicity SIM-only package. At £10/month it's a bargain for what I use it for, and I really like the online customer service.

In the first month I was a bit surprised that my bill was £15 but this turn ...

Have been with O2 for several years now and have not had any real problems. The Customer Service people have always been clear and friendly, which is very reassuring. I'm not too keen on all the special deals or gifts (prefer to keep things simple), but there aren't oo many unsolicited messages so ...

I have been with 02 and the same sim for 7 years now on pay as you go. They have constantly sent me deals which does not effect how much i top up.
I ended up topping up £15 every 3 months because i had so many deals at the same time which was covered by that £15.
    Free texts and minut ...

Only just started with o2 and so far thumbs up. But this is early days. There network coverage is impressive but then they are using the old celnet network which was always fantastic.
