People on pay and go with iPhone 3g or 3gs... Unlock your iPhone using the free softwares provided by Dev-Team and change provider because O2's 3G is ridiculously slow... Btw whoever sells software unlock method for the iPhones uses dev-team's softwares so never pay for it it's free always......

I have been with O2 for many years now and have usually experienced fairly good CS, but this time they've excelled themselves! I think it depends on who deals with your 'case' as I've also had 'abrupt' conversations too.

This last time I'd returned a bad Pixon, was adviced to get the N96 from one ...

4 Words - Much better than Orange. 02's pay as you go service, is by far the best out there. Its cheap, reliable and each time I topped up I got my free texts straight away. It means that I was basically paying for credit every other month. The customer support was FANTASTIC. When i bought my sim ca ...

I have a $45/month contract and my wife a £25/month contract, my kids are on PAYG. The kids could send texts when they were away on a trip to Israel, but they received none of ours. O2 customer services wanted us to pay for a £15 'Gold Service' package before they were prepared to even l ...

Do not use O2. Their customer service is absolutely zero. I have accrued 2000 minutes with them because I am on the wrong tariff. Tried to changed tariff and keep the minutes and they will not give me the minutes I have paid for.

I was with O2 for years and finally left today after being totaly put off with such a terrible level of customer service. Since they became the main supplier for iphones they take customers for granted and don't seem to care.
