Although the O2 tariffs are excellent, I had trouble topping up one morning; the service was down and I was put through to a customer service centre. The advisor seemed to have mild trouble communicating in English, but they did know what they were talking about.
I have never once entered an area ...

Coverage with O2 is terrible... really, they don't offer what I'd call a 'service' at all... you pay them over the odds for the inconvenience of being on their network. Don't use them!!! I've been with these guys for two years and will be getting rid of them in the coming weeks.

Well, I have been connected to the O2 PAYG service for 2 1/2 years now. I have a Motorola v100, Sendo s200 and a Nokia 3210. I use my 02 simcard for my Motorola and Nokia. The coverage is awful! My Sendo is on Virgin (T-Mobile) and there isn't a problem with the coverage.

Ive been with o2 since July 2002 and would have to disagree with some comments. After reporting a coverage problem to customer services, I was contacted several times to see if my signal had been improved. They kept me informed of the details of the problem that had occurred, and were very helpful a ...

Coverage is so bad it is nigh on impossible to receive calls at home or in the office. Signal inside a vehicle patchy when outside is just about acceptable. I have been on all networks to date and none have been as bad as this. The lack of coverage has cost me money on several occasions and not even ...

I mainly use orange which i find to be the best for reception in my own opinion.

o2 employs the unemployable and the staff are very rude including the supervisors. Signal strength isn't all that good but even when areas of good signal the line can still break up for no reason. Also sometimes i ha ...

I had a horrendous problem with Orange, they are like the Dick Turpin of the mobile network. They will rob people if they can find a loophole to do so.
O2 on the other hand employ a bunch of monkeys that could not care less about humans. I suffer them on the mobile network for the coverage. I certa ...

My 12 month agreement for a contract was over and after a very unhappy year with o2 i wanted to return to T-mobile. but it was to get worse. It has just cost me £40.00 to cancel the contract in just phone charges. Good job i did not have to pay for the contract to be canceled. The staff were r ...

I have been with Cellnet (O2) for just over 5 years now. Originally when I signed up they were the only service provider available in the quite rural area I lived in, and so there wasn't much choice!

However, over the years all the other networks appear to have caught up and taken over as they h ...
