Although O2 are offering the best packages for both contract and payg phones, they are sadly let down by the terrible customer service.

I got an O2 on-line deal just over a year ago. After 6 months I could use the online billing to see what they were charging me for (they offered no solution at ...

First- I would like to say that O2 has the best value for money payg service available, I get 300 free texts a month + 300 free mins of WAP. All I have to do is top up £10 every 30 days, and I can use that money for calls.

    BUT

The coverage checker on their website is an outright lie. I'm ...

I was a vodafone customer for 7 years and the service was excellent and my company switched over recently to O2 recently to save a small amount of money and now i get no reception at home and generally poor/low/intermittent service in the central London places that I have been for years with Vodafon ...

I'm on O2 (leisure contract) Near perfect reception all the time. Ironically the only time the signal can play up, is in my own house! Been to Portsmouth with it, never got bad signal any part of the journey. Best contract i've had (had orange & vodaphone previously) so many free mins/txts for such ...

This is a mobile phone? The only time I can actually get a signal is when I'm within a 1.5 km radius of the booster station at the end of my street. Other than that, I'd probably be better off with two beans cans and a length of string. I feel ripped off!

I have been with O2 (BT Cellnet) for just over 2 years on their PAYG Original Tariff. I am very happy with the tariff as I don't use the phone during peak periods (I am at work and use my work phone :)
I find the coverage in London to be excellent and to be generally very good in most of the parts ...

Although the O2 tariffs are excellent, I had trouble topping up one morning; the service was down and I was put through to a customer service centre. The advisor seemed to have mild trouble communicating in English, but they did know what they were talking about.
I have never once entered an area ...

Coverage with O2 is terrible... really, they don't offer what I'd call a 'service' at all... you pay them over the odds for the inconvenience of being on their network. Don't use them!!! I've been with these guys for two years and will be getting rid of them in the coming weeks.

Well, I have been connected to the O2 PAYG service for 2 1/2 years now. I have a Motorola v100, Sendo s200 and a Nokia 3210. I use my 02 simcard for my Motorola and Nokia. The coverage is awful! My Sendo is on Virgin (T-Mobile) and there isn't a problem with the coverage.
