OK, so all of the above about O2 is true, but if you didn't have to call customer service and you weren't worried about knowing when somebody left you a voice message, you might get by. However, when I renewed my contract with O2 last year, they offered an attractive line rental of £35 / mont ...

I've stuck with O2 as my Mobile phone network provider because basically I'm used to them and have found that there's more people joining them now-the 'in' server??? Let's face it, they're all after our money, aren't they!?!? and they're reckoned to have the most coverage too. Apparently they're sup ...

My whole family is on o2 as well as me, and i find it the best network and customer service.
Check out coverage before you sign the contract and there will be no problems.

I purchased a phone for my daughter's use while in school in the UK. I requested that the bill be mailed to me in the US. After two months with no bill coming, the phone was blocked. I had to go into an O2 store in London three times on three different days and waited more than four hours total-- ...

I recently purchased a Samsung V200 on O2, which has both MMS and GPRS/WAP features.
As you may know, depending upon your area, you will have a different Service Provider. The service will still be branded O2, but there are actually several different companies who deal with the customer services s ...

I recently purchased a camera phone so I could exchange photos with some of my friends. Unfortunately most of them are with Vodafone who, unlike O2 provide services that actualy work. I have now attempted to send 10 photos via MMS, and none have been received by the intended recipient, despite the f ...

O2 are a disgrace. I have 2 mobile accounts, each with different billing depts & online management logins! I have been overcharged on both accounts for 7 months. After many calls(average wait time 15 mins) the problem was rectified only to revert back the next month.
The only time they give you any ...

I have recently changed from T-Mobile to O2 because T-mobile just didn't have any network coverage in any of the places I've been to. In the time I've had O2 I've been to Swanage, Normandy, Sussex and Hong Kong. I had network coverage in all these places and other networks don't such as T-Mobile. It ...

Coverage around RAF Cranwell, RAF Linton-on-Ouse and Castle Howard (the latter one of the most frequently visited tourist venues in the UK) essentially zero. O2 very unresponsive when told about it, link to coverage map from their Web site broken (like several others).

    Come back Cellnet -- all i ...

Basically if you live in Lincolnshire, O2 is a big no-no. Same with Cambridge city as well. O2 is quite appaling in that it's 'black spots' as it were cover uninterupted for many sq miles.
