O2 tariffs are no better and no worse than that of their competitors and the signal coverage is good, so far I've had no dropped calls.

Customer service, on the other hand, is abysmal. If you are lucky enough to get through to customer service on the premium rate number, then you are met with po ...

I was with BT Cellnet and have been with O2 since they started.

They've let me upgraded my phone every 12 months without too much trouble and am now negotiating my next handset. I'm seriously considering switching network (for signal strength alone) although I'm not totally convinced it's all fo ...

After seeing the excellent tariffs offered by O2 online I was tempted to buy a Nokia 7610. I had a read a few reviews about their customer support being quite bad but then I thought they were are all as bad as each other, I purchased the phone and it arrived next day, cool I thought so I emailed the ...

I applied for a O2 phone on what I thought was a good deal. I paid the extra for the next day delivery but the phone arrived two days later. In the meantime, after endless calls and a lot of mis-information from O2, got an email from them to say they could not honor any refunds to my account (i.e. ...

O2 - I didn't know what network operator to choose, so I decided to shop around! Not ever in my life have I recieved a great customer service like I did in the O2 store in Woking! I was amazed at how much the sales advisor wanted to suit my needs, in other stores and providers (won't mention names) ...

O2 customer services are woeful. It took 5 weeks to get a replacement sim. I called after 4 weeks and they had no record of the order. Fortunately, I had proof in the way of e-mail correspondence from them. I have complained many times about the O2 X1 phone but they are totally unhelpful so I'm st ...

O2 is true to the values of BT - i.e. they are no better than anyone else but they charge more for it. I suppose some people feel comfortable with BT because of the name.

O2's tariffs/offers are littered with *. This refers you to the footnotes at the bottom of the page where you subsequently lea ...

Unable to recieve reply SMS's. O2's response: "It's a network problem, we cant do anything about it"

They do not offer a free help line.

    I'm going back to Orange.

I signed with O2 as they have for the first time ever, beaten Vodafone in the coverage war (the first to do so). Coverage is the most important factor to consider. What is the point of having a phone and free mins if you cannot make calls? I have not had to deal with their customer service much, but ...
