Sad - this company seems to have gone from one with good customer service, to one where you have to listen to some syrupy female trying to sell you something when you ring up for almost non-existent help.

Past two phones I've received from O2 have been faulty.
Upgraded my tariff over a year ago with O2 and they failed to adjust it and subsequently over charged me every month for a year.
After raising the complaint it has taken 4 months to get it sorted and I'm still waiting for the money-over £ ...

Every single thing about them.

They lost my cheques then threatened to cut me off, even when I sent them evidence that I have paid and they (eventually) acknowledge this they STILL cut me off.

They constantly threaten to cut me off, they often did, for any reason. They all have different records ...

Coverage on O2 is generally okay. Texts are at the basic level, 10p. Way too expensive for calls, costed me 50p to listen to five seconds of voice mail. Don't go with O2 if you're looking to place a lot of calls.

I find O2 very good, good 3G coverage & amp; customer care are tops, i use the web bolt-on which i fine good value for money.
