I spoke with a manager who assured me that she would deal with my complaint (as I had logged up to pay off my loan early) and that she would personally take the money out of my account when the systems were back up as apparently they were down and email me when this was done ,,,,,,suffice to say this didn't happen as someone else in your company has since told me that they couldn't do this ,,,, how as a manager she can lie to me about this tells me everything I need to know about your company ,,,,,recommend a friend ????Inever

The assistant i spoke to, was very helpful and friendly, i had a query i wanted assistant with, and the assistant helped me resolve it.

So I have 2 loans with QuickQuid and paid them both off early (meaning less interest) I logged back into my account today to only see that my application had been declined (even though I have t applied for another one yet) I find it disgusting how a loyal customer has been declined, maybe it's because they aren't making interest off me!! Defo

the form is hard to complete i get paid the penultimate working day of the month cannot put that option. requested to borrow till october 29. not allowed. must be november 30. their form would not recognise my employers address, they said they emailed me. they did not. they texted me asking to ring in could not get through. chat option got cut off because i was checking something on the form. 2nd chat helpline person could not take information from me. useless.

I will not be using this company again. I tried to repay early and after i had paid they charged me another £30 on top of it that i had to pay again after settling the full balance. I tried to complain on live chat but before i had a chance (After being very polite) the chat operative decided to close the chat window as they simply could not be bothered. Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

I wanted aloan for 8k as I had been turned down by Sainsburys.I received several texts and incoherent sales calls from so called advisers who struggled to achieve a meaningful sentence together.I asked about the monthly cost and was surprised to learn verbally that the apr% was better than Sainsburys and all the banks.I requested the paperwork or at least an email as I was told the loan would be in my bank within 20 minutes.....BUT..I was told I could only have the loan if I allowed them to take £350.00 from my debit card and this was to be done right now.I received several more calls and texts demanding payment. some vulnerable people will be victims of these despicable tactics.These so called human beings are loathsome greedy low lifes who deserve a long spell in prison away from the public.Sick making deviants.

A regular customer being declined on 9th loan is just not acceptable for me. I will try my luck elsewhere, where loyalty is given priority.

Very unhelpful can't combine a loan to make 1 which makes no sense but you can apply for a top up

Over £50 per day interest I asked on Monday how much it would be to end my loan an was told £706 then went to clear on Thursday and it had jumped to £904 and I had just paid £119 for arrears . I'm raging.

The applciation was fast and easy with not excessive filling to be done, and when i needed some help the staff i chatted to was very helpful. Thank you for assistance when i needed it.

if you are reading this understand payday loans are THE worst ways for getting over your money problems there are places you can go to get free financial advise and help in dealing with these issues. finding yourself here anyway like i am choosing which payday lender is best is down to APR i think quickquids is low i didnt do much research but its quick and easy to use as you would expect a service like this to be. its mask is innocent but what its doing is sinister. anywho the customer service is good also. i was going to end it there but then they have the cheek to ask me if it was good value for money HAH!

I haven't used QuickQuid for over 2 years. But with all this icy wintery weather I need 4 new tyres. I live in the countryside and I have slightly skidded twice on my way home. I cannot afford just to buy 4 new tyres, just like that. So I contacted them and it was all sorted out within a short space of time. I was able to print off my contract which I will tape to my fridge to remind me when to pay the loan back. I will also set an alarm on my phone to remind me the repayment date is approaching. I do not want to miss my repayment date! I can now order my tyres and feel safe again.

Applied for a loan been a regular customer paid on time even paid early then suddenly your loan has been declined and has been stuck on the same thing for months now spoke to the customer services and they said I have to apply for a appeal within 21 days didn't get given the information to do that otherwise I would of done it straight away and not wait month's very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone
