Weather Seal Customer service is really poor rude representative take weeeks to respond to faults & repairs requesting engineering appointments - I have been waiting 4 months to have a faulty window looked at I have no clue when it will be repaired. rubbish service!!!!

Weatherseal are a company that fitted our new windows & doors, it took them 14days to complete 7 windows & 2 doors! Windows are not installed properly, facias all need to be removed repacked and facias replaced, gale force wind howling through the gaps, reported faults over 10 weeks ago to Weather Seal customer services, who still can't give me a date to fix them and just keep giving me excuses
