I saw 22cm in depth on the Ergoflex memory foam mattress website, but when they delivered I measured it myself, and it is probably about 20cm. Dealing with Ergoflex (Maragret) has been straightforward and hassle free.
This is without doubt the best mattress I have ever slept on. I am actually getting a good nights kip for a change and haven't woken up with any aches or pains, apart from my wife that is :)
