I took their package of phone cable and internet for $100 a month and that has been the worst experience I have so far. First they did not show on the schedule date to install. If you depend on the Internet or the phone to do business, don't use Time Warner Cable ALL-In-1! I've only been using All-in-1 for less than 4 weeks and had to schedule 3 tech visits!
