    They installed a cable box that i couldnt get to work properly from the start and still charged $150 for installation. Then once informed of this they didn't return for two days. Oh also, the box was incorrect to begin , it was non-HD because they ran out of HD.

    Mainly disappointed with the lack of local HD channels which the customer support knew nothing about.. In short after several calls and technician visits I still do not get channels which I pay for and unfortunately they are the only provider in this area.

    Time Warner Cable has the worst customer service. Installed a defective box at the outset, took 3 weeks of missed appointments by their reps and screw ups before I simply cancelled service. Stay away, this is the worst offering out there!
