I used to be a fan of M&S but no longer after using this part - It is a joke and comprises poor quality and mean flowers, appalling delivery service, if they actually arrive and even the customer service at HQ is poor as I had to insist on a refund - the flowers were dead after 5 days after arriving a week late. Flowers were left outside in very high winds, on opening they were bashed and had missing petals. none of the colours matched the website and some flowers were blatantly missing. when i tried to review this bouquet on m&s own website they rejected my review out of hand because it was negative, and said I had not complied with their terms and conditions. Ordered a dozen roses which didn't arrive on the nominated day. Very disappointing. To be fair to the gentleman in customer service he was very apologetic and gave a full refund plus £10 credit. I would have preferred the flowers delivered as promised. Wont be using M&S for flower delivery again… Read Full Review

Ordered some flowers for my mothers birthday. They were delivered late. When I contacted M&S 1. They offered no explanation 2. The e-mail response was from a no reply address 3. No apology no offer of replacement flowers ( My Mothers bouquet had sat in warehouse for 4 days and were dying when they arrived 4. Offered £5 compensation but never delivered it either. My husband ordered flowers to be delivered on my 30th birthday. They did not arrive. The tracking system said out for delivery all day and they did not arrive. The following day he called M&S to say they hadn't arrived but they do not control the delivery system so were a bit clueless as to where they were. Ordered for Mothers Day and failed to deliver!! did not even advise me and after calling and complaining they reluctantly upgraded to a larger bouquet - this arived the Wednesday after in a hot box from a hot delivery van - will be surprised if they last 4/5 days - My Mother says that the colours and quality are poor. I then get an e mail from M&S telling me Sorry but that they have let my e mail go out to a spamming company - I am suddenly getting hundreds of spam mails to my private business… Read Full Review

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mother (surprisingly) and my wife.
My wife's flowers have just arrived (Tuesday 5th April). The box was vertical and should have been horizontal. Hence most of the heads / stems on the flowers are damaged.
The second box contained Narcissai. Again, box was delivered vertically, should have been horizontal. The flowers are very dry and very open ; probably will not last more than a day.

I ordered a special bouquet of flowers for my mum for Mothers Day but it has not been delivered!! I am so upset - I live nearly 200 miles away and was not able to visit today so chose M&S as they promised delivery on a Sunday and I assumed the flowers would be high quality. M&S DO NOT DISCLOSE THAT US CUSTOMS WOULD DELAY ORDER BY 3 WEEKS. (I will be in the UK before order arrives, if at all). USPS UNABLE TO OFFER STATUS WITH TRACKING NUMBERS PROVIDED BY M&S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These people are a disaster. Flowers ordered on Tuesday for next day delivery. Technical fault so didn't deliver. As flowers had been sat in a warehouse all day, I asked for a new order to replace these flowers, which were not suitable to be delivered. The second order was then also subject to a delay, the first order was not canceled as per instructions, but was then delivered, (by this time I had ordered some flowers with another supplier). I had flowers bought for me for my birthday, they were from an M&S store,so i cant comment on delivery. The flowers failed to open, went brown and died. I made a complaint via email,within 24hrs i had a positive response. M&S have sent me vouchers so i can replace them . I've used M&S for flower deliveries several times. Very hit and miss. Condition of flowers and packaging can be disappointing. Latest complaint is that the gift card is difficult to locate in the packaging and the printing so small that it's almost unreadable… Read Full Review

Flower delivery service. I sent a large willow basket containing a peace lily, kalandiva, pink rose, white azalea and trailing ivy to my mother for her 85th birthday. Within a couple of weeks it had started to die off, though she didn't tell me until after three weeks because she thought it would upset me. By this time it was mostly dead. 14.2.11 My boyfriend ordered for me 12 red roses to be delivered Saturday 12th February. I was out in the afternoon and my neighbour noticed a box lying just near the pavement outside my flat addressed to me. She took the box in. Inside was an air tight plastic bag with 12 red roses. I thought this to be unusual as there was no water and no air pockets in the bag. Inside was a note to say the bag is especially sealed to protect the flowers.
