I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday on 18 March for delivery on 26 March. Plenty of notice. The web site invited me to include an additional gift and I chose a bottle of champagne. I filled in a gift card and paid up. At just before 0800 on 26 March a van stopped outside the house and delivered the champagne. The driver wanted a signature but no gift message and no flowers. “Flowers never arrived.”

Flowers ordered 4 days in advance of Mother's Day. 2 orders, £65 spent. Never arrived, at all. 3 calls to customer service, apparently order never placed even though I have email confirmation to the contrary. Technical issue, sorry, we'll get back to you. A week later and no contact, no flowers and still £65 down. Disgusted with the service, explanation and response. M&S are absolute rip off merchants, I bought flowers for my wife for mothers day and they did not turn up until late afternoon. By then I had to tell her that she was to expect flowers, spoiling the surprise. Yodel of all delivery firms left it by our car as we were out and didn't even put a card through the door, imagine if someone took them whilst we were out! “No way of telling who they were from!!”

Received flowers/hamper this morning. There was no card so tried to telephone Marks and Spencer on four different numbers to establish whether they could tell who it had been sent by. I really wanted to thank the sender but the first time (at 8.30 a.m.) held on for 15 mins. Second call held on for another 15 mins. My daughter sent me a plant basket for Mother's Day, ordering online from USA. Arrived yesterday but plants had come out of basket into delivery box. Phoned customer service on 0845 number but gave up after hanging on for 20 minutes. Sent email but have heard nothing. “TERRIBLE SERVICE”

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered and paid for a mothers day bouquet a week in advance, the money left my bank account. The flowers didn't arrive on the pre-booked day. I phoned them twice and had to wait 25 minutes for my call to be answered. They said they would ring me back if there was a problem. My other half order flowers for Valentine's day two weeks in advance. On the day nothing came as the time ticked by. He called them and they said their driver wasn't answering his phone. “No delivery at all”

My friend ordered flowers from M&S for her Son in Laws Parents celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. As a valued M&S cardholder she had no reason not to trust them to deliver on time. “60th birthday ruined with dead flowers”

“Very disappointed with M&S ”

“Disappointing”

I received these flowers as a Christmas present from my sister on Monday 23rd and on receipt the fressias were crushed,the edge of the rose petals were starting to go brown. By Christmas Day all the flowers were a sad sight. I contacted M&S on Boxing Day and they sent me a replacement arrangement which arrived early the following morning and these flowers look perfect. I have the same problem. I ordered a gift card on the 3rd November, and keep receiving emails stating that the order has been delayed. The latest delivery date is 2nd Dec. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never be using them again

Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, whilst on the site decided to add wine and chocolates to the order. I received an email saying everything had been dispatched as one order. Only wine and chocolates were delivered. how is it possible to miss half an order? Ordered flowers online to be delivered Saturday (today) to an ill friend. At nearly 5pm on Saturday I was rung to be told they had been delivered to the wrong address and that I had put the wrong post code in (I hadn't but they had picked up my billing address). I attempted to have a case of 12 bottles of wine delivered, as a gift. After paying extra for a specific delivery date, all appeared well. The recipient waited around for the delivery, which of course never arrived. A machine-generated email popped up, announcing "we are sorry your order has not been dispatched...
