I ordered a fruit basket on 21st december 2012 i was told will be deliver on 24th december never arrived!!! when a call them after xmas i was told that they tried to contact me??? i never had any missed calls from them!! if they call why they didnt leave a message? their answer they couldnt ofcourse because they never call me!! I ordered flowers in November 2012b for delivery on Christmas Eve. I received an email to advise of dispatch and I tracked online. The first I knew there was a problem was when I received an email at 19.50 on Christmas Eve asking if my delivery had arrived. On checking with my friend I found that the delivery did not arrive. “Probably the worst service available on line in Britain?”

Ordered flowers for delivery to my son and partner who live in London. Order placed well in advance for delivery on the 24th December. A special occasion plus Christmas! Chose Marks and Spencer in particular because we felt that it would have been the most reliable service available!! Oh boy,wish we had checked out the forums first! “Comlete Christmas package ”

I ordered this complete Christmas package for my elderly mother. Phoned her to check if it arrived on time. It did but in a terrible state. The box was not sealed, sodden with lots of mud that smelt like sewage. Only one item in box rather than three and I had to explain to her what the object was meant to be. My mother explained the sewage like smell was so bad she could not bring it in the house. This smelly mess cost me £75. “Absolute disaster”

Ordered a December bouquet for someone coming home from hospital. Flowers arrived a day late, dumped on the doorstep by CityLink and box and flowers damaged. Replacement bouquet never arrived - Damaged at CityLink depot and ordered destroyed by M&S. Refund given and replacement upgraded bouquet & chocolates arrived - dumped on the doorstep by CityLink, box damaged, flowers damaged and chocolates damaged. I have ordered 3 slippers and 4 packs of socks from the M&S site with a bargaining price. I then saw money being deducted from my account and items was prepared to dispatch. I expect they will be ready to pick up two days after dispatch and I went to my local store for collection. But the staff in store told me none of them were being in-stock and ready for collection. I have ordered M&S flowers for delivery in the past and the service has been good. The flowers a little lame but otherwise very good. This one time I find out that the person they are being delivered to will not be around to take the order as they were going on holiday. 24hrs before I call as soon as I can after being told, for M&S not to deliver the flowers.
