I was sent two bouquets from different friends. The first was left on a doorstep four doors away. The people were holiday and I therefore received the flowers four days later. The next delivery was dumped on my neighbours door step, luckily I knew they were coming and went to look for them. I have contacted customer services several times who eventually offered me a £20. voucher. This is a fortnight ago and I have still not received my voucher. Ordered £60 Heather Urn - I can't comment on quality of item because it didn't arrive. It was not delivered to my aunt but M&S said it was recorded as delivered by Yodel. After several calls they agreed to re-deliver for free - what a cheek! They actually sent a bunch of chrysanthemums to my aunt and a box of chocolates for good will. I'm usually impressed with the flower delivery service offered by Marks and Spencer's and have used it on many occasions. This time we ordered the sapphire bouquet for my mother in law and needed them to be delivered on Saturday 3rd October. They had to be delivered on this date and this is one of the reasons why we placed the order as I was guaranteed a Saturday delivery. “Garage flowers ”

I purchased a bouquet of white roses for my partner as a surprise in work as they looked Very nice and well presented. They arrived near 6pm lucky she was working late. The flowers were flat packed and wrapped in only what can be called chip shop paper with a scabby bow. I sent my daughter a bouquet of yellow roses for her birthday, they arrived on time but were ALL WILTED, rang Marks and Spencer who, after a discussion, sent some more, these only lasted four days! I ordered a bouquet for my aunt's 70 birthday, planned to arrive a good few days before the day itself so she would appreciate the flowers. I received a phone call on the day of delivery to say they had been sent to the wrong depot but they would arrive the next day. 5 days later and no flowers! My neighbour bought me an M&S bouquet as a house-warming present last Saturday, with a five-day guarantee on it (other retailers standardly give seven days). Having trimmed the stems exactly as advised and placed the blooms in the attached diluted feed (all per instructions), by Sunday morning all the roses and one Gerbera were limp and drooping and this morning (day three/four) were totally dead. “Broken flowers Peony and Roses bouquet ”

Very dissapointed as my auntie sent me these on the death of my mum. I carefully opened the package to find one of the carnations was decapitated, another the stem was broken and another was cut far to short. So of the four carnations three unusable in the display. Not sure water free in this very hot weather is a good idea. They were however a lovely surprise. Yodel delivery driver seemed pleasant enough. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister. Delivery company did not knock at door and so flowers were left on doorstep which, luckily, my sister found early evening. When I attempted to post a review on M&S website it was rejected as you are not allowed to comment on the service element of an online order!!
