My other half order flowers for Valentine's day two weeks in advance. On the day nothing came as the time ticked by. He called them and they said their driver wasn't answering his phone. The flowers were left outside my work premises at about 6pm (when everyone, including myself, had gone home) and I collected them on Monday, all wilted. Just unbelievable! “No delivery at all”

My friend ordered flowers from M&S for her Son in Laws Parents celebrating their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. As a valued M&S cardholder she had no reason not to trust them to deliver on time. However on the day they were due to be delivered she received a phone call from M&S saying they couldn't be delivered for a further two days!! “60th birthday ruined with dead flowers”

i ordered 2 boquets of flowers from m&s edinburgh store on the 28th jan 2014 both to be delivered to the same address on the same day 31st jan for my sisters 60th birthday when the first box arrived i was there when my sister recieved them they were supposed to be tulips of several coulors well there were two colours and they were very withered and all brown of course i was so affronted it spoiled the whole surprise and a moment that could not be relaced the second box arrived at the door… Read Full Review

“Very disappointed with M&S ”

Ordered flowers as a birthday surprise gift. All went well with the order until the delivery tracking went haywire. The bouquet was received by the delivery company as expected but the delivery did not occur as expected. I kept receiving updates extending the delivery time. I ordered flowers for delivery 24/12/13. The flowers sat in a depot from the 23/12 till 27/12 when they were eventually delvered. I emailed prestige flowers on the 27th to complain and as yet on the 3rd January still await the courtesy of a reply. “Disappointing”

I received these flowers as a Christmas present from my sister on Monday 23rd and on receipt the fressias were crushed,the edge of the rose petals were starting to go brown. By Christmas Day all the flowers were a sad sight. I contacted M&S on Boxing Day and they sent me a replacement arrangement which arrived early the following morning and these flowers look perfect. I have the same problem. I ordered a gift card on the 3rd November, and keep receiving emails stating that the order has been delayed. The latest delivery date is 2nd Dec. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never be using them again

Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, whilst on the site decided to add wine and chocolates to the order. I received an email saying everything had been dispatched as one order. Only wine and chocolates were delivered. how is it possible to miss half an order? At nearly 5pm on Saturday I was rung to be told they had been delivered to the wrong address and that I had put the wrong post code in (I hadn't but they had picked up my billing address). “M&S Delivery farce - just give up and shop elsewhere”

I attempted to have a case of 12 bottles of wine delivered, as a gift. After paying extra for a specific delivery date, all appeared well. The recipient waited around for the delivery, which of course never arrived. A machine-generated email popped up, announcing "we are sorry your order has not been dispatched... Flowers ordered for next day delivery. 3 days later advised not done, full refund given next day promised. 3days later email rec'd saying flowers not delivered due to water damage!! I absolutely agree about the 'no water' policy. However laudable this aim, and it is, it is not working.
A bouquet arrived from my son for me on Mother's Day afternoon. I did exactly as instructed;, cut the ends, put in the liquid feed and put them in water up to their necks. The chrysanthemums were droopy and one effectively dead. The roses were fully out with curly outer petals. They did not rehydrate as on the instructions. It is horrid to have to tell someone that your gift is not up to standard. But I did tell my son and he contacted M&S. To their credit they gave him a full refund, a fresh bouquet for me and a £10 voucher. Sadly the second bouquet - again 'no water' - was not a lot better but I haven't the heart to tell him again. It spoils the pleasure of the gift to keep complaining.

I had ordered flowers for my wife to be to arrive the night before our wedding. I received confirmation by text and email that they had been delivered. They had not. I had to call their helpline on the morning of my wedding only to be told that the flowers had been delivered. When I insisted they hadn't they put me on hold to check. Absolutely appalling from M&S! I ordered a summertime gift bag well in advance for a Wednesday - waited all day and guess what? - NO FLOWERS! This is the second bouquet of flowers which were unsatisfactory and the last purchase of flowers I will make from M&S. You should all know that these wonderfully pictured flowers will arrive in a rectangular brown cardboard box with various labels attached to it. I wish I'd found this website before I used M&S because apparently failure to deliver is not uncommon! I ordered Birthday flowers from M&S for my Mum's birthday; due to be delivered on her birthday which was a Saturday.
