I wouldn't even give one star but there isn't an option for zero. I ordered “ An exclusive collection of bouquets from Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen” thinking such a reputable guy would not put his name to such a dreadful company. I wish I had seen these reports before ordering. I placed the order on 23rd March for delivery on the 29th March, more than enough time for a delivery. “DO NOT USE!!!!!!”

My first Mother's Day was spoilt by a utterly disappointing delivery from iflorist. Not only was it delivered a day early but there was no card to say who it was from. The "bouquet" consisted of a few wilting tulips alongside some dying roses. No care or attention was given to arranging or presenting the measly display. “Headless and dying”

Flowers arrived yesterday (sat) a nice surprise! Then I opened the box. One headless rose, almosterias were in poor shape a lot of them deheaded. The rest of the bouquet consisted of dying daisies and three Gerbera daisys, two of which have shed their petals already. My son ordered these from America and I don't want to tell him straight away how poor these were, but I will this week and tell him thank you, but no thank you ever again from this company. OMG I am so frustrated right now. I did look up reviews for iFlorist before purchasing but decided to risk it anyway. DO NO EVER BUY FROM IFLORIST. “Poor quality flowers - disgraceful!”

I ordered these flowers for delivery for Mother's Day. They arrived on Saturday as expected, but that is where the positivity ends. My mum opened the box and she was extremely underwhelmed. The flower looked to be on their last legs. There was no vibrancy whatsoever. Once removed from the box and the film, the one rose and several other flower heads were found to be deheaded. Whats going on!!! We order it for Mother's Day by seeing the polished advertise on Internet and on television.I think the advertising is misleading it's taking Mick of buyers like us. My mom received it today just before Mother's Day and thought she would love it but her reaction was okey ask my brother to send me the picture and seriously that was a disaster what a shame the flower looked all bend and completely useless. “COMPLETE RIP-OFF DO NOT USE”

I ordered flowers from them for delivery today - nothing arrived, no means of contacting them as they are not replying to phone calls, emails, live chat requests nothing. This company was part of a wowcher deal and I am hoping wowcher will be able to help however, after reading soo many bad reports I am not very hopeful of a positive outcome. Poor quality flowers and chocolates arrived for my Mother's Day, wilted broken flowers no chocolates. I could of done better off the garage forecourt for the price paid. Misguided pictures. Ordered flowers for mothers day. Arrived on requested delivery day, but in terrible condition and incomplete. The free chocolates advertised on their website did not arrive, at least one stem was broken, flowers were damaged / half-dead and the transit water container & material were dry on arrival. Agree with you totally, I have never been so embarrassed my mother said they looked like a cheap market bunch all wilted no chocolates supplied and the fake pictures on the website are not a patch on the flowers!

Appalling! I received my mothers day bouquet a day earlier than expected - I doubt they will last until Sunday. The £59.90 bunch of flowers consists of 6 roses, 4 carnations & a few tulips!! Half the stems did not reach the water feeder hence their wilting condition. No one at the end of the phone & no reply to emails. 100% satisfaction a farce! They not only didn't send the right flowers I ordered my mother for Mother's Day but they had sent the cheapest damaged bunch they could send.
