“Flowers dying by Mother's Day”

Written on: 01/04/2014

My son sent me a lovely bouquet of roses from iflorist- they were delivered first thing in the morning on the Saturday. By Saturday evening the pink roses were wilting. The orange roses were OK. By Mother's Day morning they were all drooping very badly. I cut the stems and gave them fresh water - all to no avail. By Monday they were all dead. I have sent 3 emails to the company, hung on for 15 mins on an expensive phone line and nothing has happened. I don't want my son to know his money… Read Full Review

“DISAPPOINTING MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS - DO NOT USE IFLORIST”

Written on: 01/04/2014 by 1975Vaughn (1 review written)

Having looked at numerous florist inline companies I chose I florist because of the Mother's Day Sunday delivery and could also have flowers made and delivered from the local florist. I placed two orders onTuesday, one for my mum and the other for mother in law. Paid £50.00 in total. My mother in law received her flowers on Sunday by the local florist with a beautiful arrangement. However I was so sunset when my mum got hers delivered on Saturday by Hermes courier. She was at work (hence… Read Full Review

“Not what I ordered!”

Written on: 01/04/2014 by Fawcettf (2 reviews written)

I ordered a large bunch of Freesias to be delivered to my mother. What tipped up was a bunch of tulips - a small one at that! Freesias are Mum's favourite flowers and it was so disappointing that she was sent the dismal bunch - apart from the fact that I paid considerably more that the tulips will have cost. I have sent them emails and have tried in vain to get through to customer services for a refund or even a chat - the website says that customer service is important to them - not true!… Read Full Review

“Bad start, good recovery!”

Written on: 01/04/2014 by Venus8 (1 review written)

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Saturday. Unfortunately when the flowers arrived my mother was out. Rather than leaving them on the doorstep (it's a flat) or with a neighbour, they were taken to the Royal Mail depot for collection on Monday. The surprise was ruined and the flowers were not as fresh by Monday than on Saturday. I was quite annoyed and left a review on trust pilot. I received a prompt reply and have been promised a fresh bunch of flowers on my chosen day… Read Full Review

I have def not been paid. My mother received her second bunch of flowers on tuesday and she was very happy with them. I don't understand the bad reveiews at all. Perhaps you should contact Iflorist with your complaints and give them a chance to put things right instead of posting on here. I posted on trust pilot with my complaint (you can see it yourself if you think i'm fake) and they responded. Job done!

“Avoid this company!”

Written on: 01/04/2014 by lnGonzalez327 (1 review written)

I ordered some mothers day flowers at a cost of £49.50 to be delivered to my mum. On arrival she was shocked at the terrible quality of the flowers plus there was no resemblance whatsoever to the bouquet I ordered. I wouldn't have paid £1.50 for what she got! Tried to phone for refund but the customer service is non existent. This company is a complete rip off merchant, avoid like the plague!… Read Full Review

I had the same experience with this company. Obviously they've gone bust or they were specifically set up to rip people off in the cruellest way over an issue which is deeply sensitive to families and 'Mums'. I'm a Mum and my son order a bouquet. When the box arrived I was utterly shocked that an almost dead bunch of disgusting flowers where actually sent through the post in a huge box.

I think everyone who has had a bad experience with this company should contact watchdog.

“Zero Customer Service - Never Use iflorist”

Written on: 01/04/2014 by najc100 (1 review written)

It is now a month and a half since the Valentine's order I placed with iflorist was ruined by a missed delivery date, total lack of communication or support and a blatant disregard for providing any type of even basic customer service. Since then, I have been in contact with the so-called Customer Service Manager via email on a number of occasions and called their HQ multiple times. The Customer Service Manager, has been unavailable to speak to me once in the last 45 days, has never called me… Read Full Review

I had ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day but wanted them to be delivered on the Friday so she would have them over the weekend. They failed to show up on the Friday and this is now the following Tuesday and they still haven't arrived. iFlorist took the money from my account so obviously I want a full refund. However no one answers the phones when I call - I have left a voice message and sent an email with no communication back from them! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!! … Read Full Review

There are so many of us who were ripped off that I doubt they will be responding any time soon, if at all. They rarely answer the phone and complaints tickets remain unresolved.
If you paid with a credit card, have you tried disputing the charge through them? I did that and already have a full refund on my card. Your chance of getting any resolution through iFlorist is close to zero, I'm afraid.

We ordered flowers for mothers day, when they arrived the box was crushed, the flowers inside were dead and those that werent had the heads falling off. We were also meant to have a box of chocolates delivered but they never arrived. Tried to contact iflorist for support and they wouldnt even respond, had to raise a claim with paypal but that still doesnt cover the fact that the gift was ruined. “APPALLING”

Written on: 31/03/2014 by Ford80 (1 review written)

Woud like to give it a zero if there was one. My son ordered a large bouquet consisting of lilies and roses costing £39.50. I received 5 chrysanthemum stems and 4 gerberas. A bouquet that you could purchase from a garage for under a fiver. When contacting iflorist I demanded he be refunded the full amount as this is stated in their 100% satisfaction guarantee only to be told they do not give refunds although this is contrary to their statement. Next stop is trading standards as this… Read Full Review

Written on: 31/03/2014 by KirstyJaaaames (1 review written)

Ordered coral roses as a mother's day gift and received a bunch of tacky carnations that were on their last days. Have emailed customer service multiple times and heard nothing back. “Left Disappointed twice in 4 weeks!!”

Written on: 31/03/2014

A few weeks back, I ordered a bunch of flowers for a friend and they were never delivered. After contacting iFlorist, they apologised and said there had been a system error. The flowers were eventually delivered and I was offered a £5 voucher. I used this to buy mothers day flowers to be delivered on Sat 29th. I paid the full amount for delivery! I got an email on the 26th saying my order had been allocated but my mum still hasn't received anything! I'm extremely disappointed as this is the… Read Full Review

“NOT the flowers I ordered”

Written on: 31/03/2014

I ordered a Sophie bouquet, to be delivered to my mum for Mothers Day. It was apparently in stock when i placed the order and cost £19.90 reduced from £39.00. The flowers were deliverd on Saturday and according to my mum were nicely packaged. However when she opened the box, instead of the lovely bouquet i had ordered, inside was a bunch of carnations that i could have bought for less that a fiver at my local garage! My brother also sent some lovely flowers to my mum (from a different… Read Full Review

“Only plus was that the "flowers" arrived on time”

Written on: 31/03/2014 by Theresa399 (1 review written)

My daughter ordered me a bunch of freesias from flowerfete.co.uk for Mother's Day, impressed by the company's Queen's Award etc. However, although they arrived on time and were well-packaged, I found myself in the horrible position of having to tell her that the so-called freesias weren't freesias at all, but rather a bunch of sad-looking weed-like flowers, which to be honest look as if they're already dead. She then asked me to send her photos, and said that the enclosed card wasn't the one… Read Full Review

“Iflorist - No delivery & snooty reply to my emails.”

Written on: 30/03/2014 by Markareview (1 review written)

I wouldn't even give one star but there isn't an option for zero. I ordered “ An exclusive collection of bouquets from Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen” thinking such a reputable guy would not put his name to such a dreadful company. I wish I had seen these reports before ordering. I placed the order on 23rd March for delivery on the 29th March, more than enough time for a delivery. It’s now 11.35pm on Sunday 30th and still no delivery. They are showing on the tracking as lying in a hub for… Read Full Review
