“Avoid! Untrustworthy”

Ordered the roses for Valentine's Day and paid extra for a vase to go with it. The bouquet was delivered the day BEFORE Valentine's when my daughter was not home. They sat in a box for hours with just a damp cloth at their base. The Vase was never delivered!!! What good are flowers if you don't have a vase? “Dont delivery on time”

I ordered flowers on the 13th feb, for them be deilvered on valentines day (14th) it said on the website they would be delvered between 9am and 6pm so i asked the wife to stay in because she had a supprise. I'm currently working in Saudi Arabia and wanted send my girlfriend something for St Valentines Day. I chose iflorist because I had used them before for my mother while abroad previously. I went for the St Valentines True Love package extended to 24 red roses. Granted the flowers, the chocolate and the card did turn up today, albeit rather late in the afternoon. “Failed Valentine's Delivery”

My wife is in Germany while I'm in the UK over Valentine's this year and after failing at finding a local shop online that would deliver, I decided to try iFlorist, which claims to have a number of local florist shops that they can use in Germany. “Failed to deliver then ignored me”

I had placed an order well in advance for flowers to be delivered for my wife on Christmas Eve. They weren’t delivered and, having had no response when calling their call centre on 29 December, I completed a webticket which was completely ignored. After a week I checked the webticket and was astonished to see it was closed. I phoned again and was reluctantly offered a refund after turning down a replacement delivery. Do not buy flowers from Flowerfete or iflorist. I bought some flowers to be delivered on a specified date (a friend's birthday) but instead the flowers were delivered 3 days early and the courier dumped the flowers in the rain. I complained about this on several occasions over one whole month but did not receive. “Within 2 days flowers had wilted - no response to...”

I was sent the flowers by my son and the arrived on Sunday but by Monday already wilting a bit. Mixture of chrysanthemum, that usually are a long lasting flower by Wednesday morning had to throw half away despite following all care instructions. What a terrible company. They took my money and then sent a message to my junk mail that there was a "problem with international transmission". My Godmother did not get her 40 roses on January 2, 2015 as promised. This company should not be in business. Ordered same day flowers for delivery on Jan 2nd, 7am - email in junk folder at 11.37 stating unable to deliver as none of the independent florests in the area were working, was offered an upgraded delivery for 3 days later but I ordered same day for a reason.
