I ordered flowers for mothers day on Wednesday and had my confirmation email to say they will be delivered Saturday. They still arent here!!! Today is mothers day so my mum has no flowers! On their terms and conditions they state "guaranteed mothers day delivery" You also cannot contact them as they close at 2pm Saturday until Monday. “APPALLING SERVICE, NEVER DELIVER ON TIME! DO NOT USE”

We have used this company in the past (unfortunately before reading all the enlightening reviews!) and they failed to deliver on time first time around. We got our refund plus a voucher. Second time we used them flowers arrived in terrible condition. The third time around flowers did not arrive at all!!! This happened to be Mothers Day. I am sure that I am just one of hundreds, if not thousands of people who have been treated like this by this company. Anyone can have trouble, but this company seems to be set up to take your money and then either deliver sub-standard products or not deliver your order at all. For all of us who do persist until we get our money back, there are probably many people who either are unaware that their order was never delivered or that it was pathetic. “Don't Waste Your Money!”

Ordered flowers for a friend in the US and paid by PayPal. Had a confirmation from PayPal for the payment, but nothing from iflorist concerning the order. Delivery date came and went - no flowers! Called their customer support line - no answer after 20 minutes of automated hold. “Arrived late + dead flowers - no reply customer service”

It has been a week since I sent them my first message to Iflorist on their "live support" site and I've had NO RESPONSE - I tried calling and got through to a voicemail telling me to email (i.e., send them a message on their support site which I had already done). Purchased "designer flowers" for mothers day which were appalling. Flowers were half dead and wrapped in tissue paper that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and danced on! Only wish I had read other peoples reviews first because most people seem to be of the same opinion. “Terrible "service"”

Ordered flowers for my mother to be deliverd on the Saturday for Mother's Day! Well they didn't arrive as ordered on the Saturady, nor did they arrive on the Sunday. I called the company on the Monday morning and to my surprise I got an answer.. I explained the situation and was told that they would be deliverd during that day and that it was a 48 Hr delivery window! “Product appalling, delivered late, 7 weeks and no reply”

I placed an order in January for Valentines Day, I was sent emails confirming it was en-route on 14th Feb, it didn't arrive until 15th. I had paid almost £50 for the bouquet I selected, I had a bunch of carnations worth £5 delivered. I have tried to call, email, live chat and raise a trouble ticket. The trouble ticket was closed before it was resolved. Thanks - I've emailed him (google CEO email addresses and he's listed on there) but had no response.

Luckily I paid via Paypal so have escalated the dispute to a claim today...

As an update - I escalated to a claim and Paypal found in my favour. iflorist didn't even bother replying to the claim.

I've logged back into the iflowist complaints management console and my complaints have simply been deleted.

I cannot believe just how poor this company values customer service. Not even an apology or acknowledgement.... so so bad...

A further update. It's now been two weeks since mothers day weekend. Two weeks since loggin my complaint with iflorist, 2 weeks since emailing their MD and still no response from them.

I've got my money back via Paypal and, not being one to let this sort of thing lie am considering taking a day off work and driving down to their offices to have it out with their MD in person if that's what it takes to get a response!

Maybe I'll contact other complainant's on their facebook page, organise a gathering, call their local papers, radio and have a little protest whilst there... for those interested their address is:

“dead flowers arrive late!!!”

My daughter's first mother's day away from home so she ordered in plenty of time asked for them to be delivered Saturday 29 March for Mother's day. They arrived two days late on Monday 31st at 2.30pm. The delivery guy actually said "better late than never". On opening the box four of the roses were broken off at the buds & the lilly buds extremely squashed. I would say half the flowers survived the delivery. “Flowers dying by Mother's Day”

My son sent me a lovely bouquet of roses from iflorist- they were delivered first thing in the morning on the Saturday. By Saturday evening the pink roses were wilting. The orange roses were OK. By Mother's Day morning they were all drooping very badly. I cut the stems and gave them fresh water - all to no avail. By Monday they were all dead. “Not what I ordered!”

I ordered a large bunch of Freesias to be delivered to my mother. What tipped up was a bunch of tulips - a small one at that! Freesias are Mum's favourite flowers and it was so disappointing that she was sent the dismal bunch - apart from the fact that I paid considerably more that the tulips will have cost. “Bad start, good recovery!”

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Saturday. Unfortunately when the flowers arrived my mother was out. Rather than leaving them on the doorstep (it's a flat) or with a neighbour, they were taken to the Royal Mail depot for collection on Monday. The surprise was ruined and the flowers were not as fresh by Monday than on Saturday. I was quite annoyed and left a review on trust pilot. I have def not been paid. My mother received her second bunch of flowers on tuesday and she was very happy with them. I don't understand the bad reveiews at all. Perhaps you should contact Iflorist with your complaints and give them a chance to put things right instead of posting on here. I posted on trust pilot with my complaint (you can see it yourself if you think i'm fake) and they responded. Job done!
