100% satisfaction guarentee as iflorist state on their site was sadly not my experience this is my second year of using them and twice they didnt deliver on the day or as yet still waiting 2 days later for Mothers Day and last year my stepmothers birthday it is hugely upsetting when I dont see my stepmum and father very often and this meant a lot to me - I asked for a refund they didnt oblige as yet iflorist we have no flowers - do the right thing! take care of your customers… Read Full Review

“Horror show - stay away!”

I ordered Mother's Day flowers last week with plenty of time for delivery and paid extra to have these in time. No sign of them on the Sunday. On Monday morning (11am) I called to chase them up and heard an automated message declaring the offices are closed even though the website clearly states the opening time as open. “Late and wilted ”

“Terrible Customer Service!!!! ”

Ordered and paid for a 4ft Funeral Spray for my Father-in-Laws funeral. On the day of the funeral was horrified to see that this spray was little over 2ft long although the flowers were presentable, I had not paid for the 2ft version. Felt very embarrassed and obviously very upset. Also a named person for the card had been left off, despite a call to confirm the information sent. “Mother's day present, not mother's night!”

We ordered a lovely basket of flowers for my mother-in-law for mother's day as we couldn't be with her that day. While I do not expect the flowers to arrive at 8am as I know I am not the only customer, I was actually hoping for the flowers to arrive during the day. The link supposedy tracking the flowers was not working, there was no phone number to call. As we wanted to keep the surprise until the flowers arrived, we didn't say anything (bad move). “Dreadful Mothers day afternoon tea Gift Basket ”

I paid £24 + £4.90 for next day delivery for a Mother's Day afternoon tea gift basket. I called my mum and told her to expect a delivery. She stayed in all day and nothing arrived. The tracking website only showed the service being booked, no updates about an actual delivery. I don't usually do this, but the service has been so appalling I felt I'd no choice. I ordered something and paid for a specific date delivery, this did not happen. When I called to speak with someone I tried once; the consultant hung up the phone after putting me on hold for five minutes. I called back and waited FORTY minutes for an answer at which point I was told not only would my order not arrive on the day I'd paid for it to be, it would in fact be delivered a full three days later… Read Full Review

I ordered Flowers for Mothers day from this company Iflorist due to me not being able to visit my Mum at this point due to an operation I had undergone. I called over 20 times from 9.00 am to 11.45 pm and received either a busy tone or a message saying they were closed! Ordered my flowers for mothers day on 10th March to be delivered on 15th. The flowers were £24 with free delivery! They looked lovely so I paid for them and expected a confirmation email! I had not received an email 2 hours later and by this point alarm bells were ringing - and I checked the reviews! I could not believe I had been so stupid as not to have read them before paying!
