A Mother's day bouquet ordered and paid for and the money was taken from my account. No flowers arrived and never have. Many emails later and 3 weeks after the event i am still waiting for a refund. Their email responses are all automated (and badly written) and they have a response for every problem!! However no real action to resolve the problems. An internet florist which takes your money but is incapable of delivering flowers....WTF???… Read Full Review

“they got my money - mum didn't get her flowers!! ”

I live in Australia & ordered flowers for Mothers Day in U.K. The money was deducted from my account - but mum never got her flowers! According to the 'tracking', a delivery was made - totally different order # to mine. My poor mum ( 87yrs old ) got really upset (crying), because she thought I had forgotten! FIVE times I have sent an email to iflorist, NO RESPONSE at all from them. The 'Online Support' is never 'available'. What a disgrace!!! Ordered lillies, Mum's favourite flowers for Mothers Day and I upgraded to a premium bouquet. My Mum received a very average bunch of flowers that did not represent the price I paid. “The worst ever”

Used iflorist last year and they managed to deliver the flowers but as predicted not what was ordered and half dead. They refunded then. This year they have gone one better. Two bouquets ordered for Mother's Day and you guest it still no flowers delivered. No email from them nothing. Even better you couldn't get through by phone, emails not answered nothing. “Dead flowers - disgusting customer service”

Unfortunately the week before mothers day I was sick and ended up in hospital, I order a bouquet of flowers via moonpig and a personalised card to be delivered on the Saturday afternoon. I received an email telling me the flowers had arrived, I called my mum to check, they were in fact left half way down her garden path! DISGUSTING!!! I chose iflorist because they guaranteed Mothers Day Weekend Delivery and I even spoke to them via email about this. They made no attempt to get it there at all as this is the tracking report on delivery. I ordered 2 bouquets for Mother's Day one was delivered and left outside and the other delivered properly but when opened the roses and tulips were half dead and the following morning they were completely dead!!!. Having received a voucher for this company, I thought I would give them a try and ordered Mother's Day Flowers. I can't tell you how disappointed I was with what was actually delivered. I ordered Freesias for my mother for mothersday and she received tulips, cheap, nasty alternatives!!! The only plus point of this transaction.... they actually arrived!! At no point did anyone get in touch with me to inform of this rather drastic change of plan. this pretty much mirrors my own experience. my mother didn't get the flowers I'd ordered and a very cheap alternative. No success in getting in contact effectively with the company so far! Dead right, Shonky - don't give them your money!

I tried ringing this Company for three days without success. Yesterday I managed to get through and was pleasantly surprised with the reaction I got. I young man said he was very sorry I was unhappy and he would arrange for a replacement to be delivered today. I must say I was convinced this wouldn't happen but was pleasantly surprised when I did in fact received a beautiful bouquet this morning. Peristance obviously paid off. Thank you to the young man. I am very unhappy with the service I was provided with from this company. Not only was the incorrect information given to me about when the delivery was made, the flowers turned up off the stems and dea.
