I wouldn't give these people even one star but there's no facility for that on this site. Just look at any independent review. They are terrible. The comments ,,,, fantastic flowers, lovely gifts is nonsense, they are from iflorist to boost their sales to swindle more people. I got double billing and no flowers and maybe I'm the lucky one as the reviews of anyone who got a delivery say the flowers they received were dreadful. “Disappointing Mothers Day”

I should have received chocolate with my Mothers Day flowers, which were late arriving, and although they were in good condition the order was NOT what my son and daughter in law paid for. “Never EVER use iFlorist...”

Possibly the worst example of customer 'service' I've ever experienced. My full order was not delivered, the part that was delivered was so on the wrong day, and they flat out refused me a refund for the part oft he order that they didn't supply. I paid for items that we're not delivered and the 'best' they could do was offer a five pound voucher towards my next order...what next order?! I'd be a fool to use them again. “Terrible customer service, flowers delivery took a week”

I ordered flowers from iflorist to be delivered to a friend in Australia, these were going to a business address. There was an issue with it being Anzac Day in Australia and therefore a national holiday. iflorist contacted me and asked for a home address to deliver the flowers on Sat 26th April - excellent customer service so far which was great. “Excellent flowers”

I had flowers delivered via a courier that my niece ordered for her nan. Unfortunately the flowers that came were not nice at all - in fact they were pretty withered and didn't look the best, plus the box they came in stank of smoke!!! Being a non smoker this is extremely unacceptable (unacceptable to anyone I would imagine). “Mothers day flowers were dead & service...”

I used i florist to order my mothers day flowers and i WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! The box was battered and dented and the flowers were all dead! i sent pictures the very next day and got a reply 3 weeks later saying they will redeliver. i replied saying that re delivering mothers day flowers 3 weeks late is totally unacceptable to which they have just replied that its tough, they get re delivered or refunded. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2014, flowers arrived, dry, brown around the edges, droopy and exceptionally poor quality. Complained to iFlorist, who did apologise and asked if they could rectify this and send another bouquet, to which I agreed. I NEVER thought it would worse than the first bouquet but it was. “Awful florist”

My husband ordered flowers for his mum and I for Mother's Day March 30th 2014, the flowers never turned up, no explanation, no apology, nothing. My husband cannot get hold of anyone via telephone and all post correspondence has been via email. We are still waiting for a refund on the flowers which were paid for in advance & never received, we have chased the refund up several times only to be told a month later they are 'still processing it' horrendous customer service, extremely disappointed… Read Full Review

“Flowers nice but service poor”

Ordered flowers for mothers day that were supposed to be delivered with free chocolates. The flowers arrived and were beautiful but the chocolates did not. I emailed them but only received an automated reply saying they would deal with my query as soon as possible. I did not receive any further reply, and the flowers were dead within a week. “Poor response from company when they delivered another...”

First time if using this company and I ordered a plant for Mother's Day only for a totally different plant to be delivered ironically of which my mothers already has lots of in her own garden. “Wrong flowers”

I sent my daughter flowers to New York. She sent me a picture of them. The flowers were all open (old) and it was the incorrect bouquet. I rang iflorist and they promised to look in to it and reply. After one week of not hearing from them I rang again. I still have not heard from them and it appears that there is nothing I can do. “Don't choose a bouquet as they will just change it!”

I spent ages choosing a bouquet for my sister-in-law and ended up choosing a gorgeous peach and pink bouquet which was part of their mother's day range. It arrived on time and although sister-in-law was thrilled with the flowers, when I saw the bouquet I was not. “Horrendous Non Service”

Flowers ordered from Germany 10/04 for delivery 11/04 in Australia. 5 emails and 8 phone calls later they have still not been delivered as of 17/04 and no refund either. Appalling company with appalling service. Latest phone calls reveal that delivery should now be made to the billing address... which is UK and currently unoccupied obviously as I am in Germany... they do not listen even when speaking to them on the phone. “I wouldn't recommend this company for flowers on...”

I wouldn't recommend this company for flowers on Mothers Day that is for sure. They were delivered late - admit they were ok as far as the flowers were concerned, but no choc were included which were paid for by my son. They arrived two days late too.
